    My stay at the Best Western Richmond Airport hotel was concerning. During my time here, I witnessed individuals smoking weed and drinking beer in the parking lot. This activity made me feel very unsafe as a customer. A hotel's parking area should feel secure, but this was not my experience. I was worried about my safety and the safety of other guests. I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a secure and comfortable environment.Even after midnight, loud music was coming from the rooms.I recommend checking out other hotels in the area. I've stayed at Courtyard by Marriott Richmond Airport last month. You can stay at a Marriott with confidence. This way, you won't have any problems.

    Absolutely disgusting, filthy, horrible. My room was the first one on the main floor. I could hear the front staff's conversations all night. It wasn't a good location for a room, but I was exhausted and needed to sleep. The room was NASTY. Downright disgusting. I had traveled over 20 hours and had nothing left in me to complain. The bed was clean, and that's all I needed. If it was not clean, I'd of requested an upgraded, cleaner room or requested a refund. The bathroom was horrible. It was wet, hair in the drain, shower pan was brown and stained, there was mold in the corners, weird blue goo & hair on the ceiling. The chain and lock on the door looked to have been pushed in with force at some point in the past. Holes in the wall in multiple locations, carpet ragged and non-existent in spots. Lampshade cracked down the side. For $150 USD a night ($210 Canadian), I really should have not stayed there. I'm lucky I didn't get bedbugs. I checked out the breakfast at 7am. It was a very small selection, but based off the gross conditions of the room & rest of the hotel, I did not choose to eat here. Do not stay here. I would love my money back from this reservation, however my request was denied.

    there was a baby roach we saw crawling off the bed skirt. the beds aren't comfy but somewhere to rest your head. for 114 a night for 2 queen size beds is wild . stains on the carpet. stains on the walls. mold in the bathroom . went to check out 530 am the re eptionist wasnt there was told by the nuce cleaning lady we can just leave the room key and leave... i waited 5 min till the lady got back. she seemed annoyed checked me out my room and said i was good to go.. didnt offer a receipt. asked for a receipt and left...not a great experience... but I didnt have to sleep in my car

    A Surprisingly Delightful Stay! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The front desk agent Chrystal was very kind, helpful, detailed, full of suggestions, and welcoming! The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing me with all the information I needed for a comfortable stay. My room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of travel and as well as my preparation to departure. I appreciated the attention to detail, such as the fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, very welcoming employees. The hotel also offered convenient amenities the breakfast was a perk and the woman I had the pleasure of speaking with that made the food was very kind. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met, including the shuttle driver who listened to me complain about how early my departure was, they were always ready with a smile and a helpful suggestion. This hotel provided excellent value for the price, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay.
