  I had made a non refundable reservation at this location, but afterwards I learned that a blizzard was approaching and that if I did not leave a day earlier I would probably not be able to make it out at all. I therefore ended up arriving a day earlier than planned. The manager on duty, Jennifer, advised me that even though the reservation was supposed to be non refundable, if I called Super.com and told them that she had no objection to the cancellation, they would probably refund my booking anyway. I called Super.com, and they advised that they needed a specific email from the hotel, explaining the reason for the cancellation and including a signature. Jennifer spent a considerable amount of time preparing and sending that email, which saved me a great expense. I am very grateful to Jennifer, and her efforts reflect very positively on IHG and Holiday Inn Express. She is an outstanding example of customer service. Kudos!

  We stayed here for a night last month and it was a very pleasant stay! From the phone call with a gentleman on staff the morning before we arrives to verify the parking situation (we arrived on the heels of a very bad ice storm, but the parking lot was plowed and cleared very well!), to checking in and out with 2 different ladies, everyone was very nice and gave some helpful info about the area, which has helped since we’re now residents. :) The hotel itself looks pretty Holiday Inn standard, has quality Dove toiletries, and there’s a gorgeous view of the surrounding mountains in some rooms (we opted for the mountain view) and in the breakfast seating area. The hotel shares an access road with a gas station and Burger King, which was great after being on the road for 12 hours, and not needing to go far for a quick bite. Definitely recommend and will be recommending to my own family for when they visit us.

  So let me get this straight, under $100 a night any other time but because they are a kids softball tournament going on the weekend we need you then want to charge your customers $550 a night. This company should be ashamed of themselves. how about help promote parents doing things with their kids, not rip them off.

  Dog friendly, clean rooms used uv light all good. Nice locations for the animals to walk and do there business. Very friendly staff

  This hotel seemingly has updated fixtures and elements added to a grimy and broken structure. I was also disappointed to find that the charging port on bedside table did not work. We experienced a loud banging noise from down the hall in middle of night (1:30am) that was pretty bothersome. Not quite a construction sound but certainly loud enough and repetitive. It was a good location for our travel needs and I didn’t necessarily feel unsafe. Just didn’t feel very clean. Customer service was ok. Nothing really great to note but certainly nothing bad.
