This company should be ashamed of themselves. how about help promote parents doing things with their kids, not rip them off.

I was also disappointed to find that the charging port on bedside table did not work. We experienced a loud banging noise from down the hall in middle of night (1:30am) that was pretty bothersome. Not quite a construction sound but certainly loud enough and repetitive. It was a good location for our travel needs and I didn’t necessarily feel unsafe. Just didn’t feel very clean. Customer service was ok. Nothing really great to note but certainly nothing bad.

When we arrived, as a platinum member, I asked for an upgrade to a view room. And what a view it was. We were too tired to go out and had food delivered from Frank's. Not that great, but we were hungry. The front desk crew was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was HIE usual. We went birding and geocaching in the morning. Salem is a really nice town and worth a visit.
