  Was told I could get a room for the whole day at 2:45 AM then was told to check out in the morning while I was sleeping and didn’t get a warning before hand just asked if I wanted to extended my stay when I payed for the whole day so basically wasted my money greedy business people

  Very nice and clean hotel. My reason for 4 stars are as follows: 1) We stayed two nights. The morning of our 2nd day, my GF asked about getting some clean towels from a maid that was down the hall, to which she was told "no". Then my GF inquired if we would be able to get some from the front desk and the response was "maybe". Total lack of care at all for a simple request. My 2nd (and admittedly very minor complaint) is that the rooms have nothing but LED bulbs with no dimming capability. Those things can be awfully bright right next to the bed. Overall a pleasant stay, but dint expect clean towels if staying longer than one night.

  We stayed here twice during our recent trip. Highly recommend!! It was clean, easy on/off highway, very reasonably priced and pet friendly (pet fee was only $30 for our 2 pups)! The hot breakfast (eggs, sausage, potatoes) was tasty. They also had fresh coffee, oatmeal, fruits, bagels, yogurt, etc. We needed to adjust our return reservation and, with a quick call, it was all handled, no fuss! The staff were great, very friendly.

  Had a lovely 1 night stay here! The value is certainly worth it, and our room was just as good as any other IHG hotel room we’ve stayed in. Went in with lower expectations but happily surprised. Only issue I can find is I wish the sausage was better at the breakfast, but we also showed right at the end so I can only expect so much. Will keep this place in mind next time we need to stay for sure

  No staff at later evening desk, friendly when he got there and am staff also friendly ...one reason they received a 3...room was not vacuumed (at least not well, hairs & dirt in corners from prior guests. No ketchup at breakfast for potatoes/eggs? Not out just not offered...they had mustard out, huh? Ran out of bananas. Since 2 coffee machines why not offer a dark roast in one and medium in other. Plain floors in room obviously standard here...I booked without knowing, I prefer carpeting in my room. I do appreciate that they have communal stay in the room soaps but our body wash ran out after my first shower. We only stayed one night, should be checked...seemed the only thing they did in our room to prep was changed out towels and sheets made beds...emptied trash cans...but too quick of a clean...not thorough.
