- TPTerell PurnellDec 21, 20252.0As a new IHG Corporate Member, I expected the front desk to recognize that status with a warmer, more polished welcome. Unfortunately, the check-in experience felt average at best, which I would rate a 3 out of 5. The room itself was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Up until the morning, everything met expectations. Breakfast, however, was a major disappointment. The food looked unappetizing, the omelets were sitting in what appeared to be watery butter, and the overall breakfast area was loud and obnoxious due to the person who prepares the food. She was very loud. It was not a peaceful way to start the day. When I wake up, I prefer a calm, efficient breakfast experience, similar to what I’ve consistently had at other Holiday Inn locations. Because of the poor morning experience, this stay fell well below expectations. Overall, I rate this stay a 1.75 out of 5.

He went out of his way to extend our stay and was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and kind throughout the entire process. Each time, the stay has been great, and each time, there have been little changes that make the next stay even better. This stay, there were Dove soap products in the bathroom that smelled great and helped my dry “travel skin”, little bullet ice cubes that felt like I was at a nice restaurant, and fancy electronic coffee machines that made it easy to get the cup of caffeine on board first thing in the morning. Highly recommend a stay here.
