I finally got to speak with the amazing staff member named Summer. She truly helped me, eased my mind, answered all of my questions, helped me get into an ADA compliant room, and made sure that I am going to have everything that I need for when I arrive for my stay tomorrow. So I wanted to make sure that her bosses see what an amazing and kind employee they have in Summer! Thank you Summer for helping his Handicap and Neurospicy guest out!

While the rooms are good the remodel is already aging badly and the rooms lack modern amenities like working smart tvs. Have also had multiple instances of the ac units for rooms not working requiring a change in room. Response below from the hotel was one of the worst examples of corporate weasel speak I have seen in years. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel if management is going to so insincerly respond to the concerns of guests.
