We have stayed at several Tru locations thru the Hilton Honors program. We also travel with a service dog and disclose this on the registration form. We stayed Christians Eve at thus location. It was east to find and nice as all the others.
I would have given more stars overall if the desk clerk had not been rude and unprofessional. I have a digital key so I only stop at desk for an extra card for my husband and the 2 bottles of water that I received thru Hilton Honors. The check handed me a pet form to complete and I reminded him I had registered a service animal. He proceeded to ask the allowed questions, but since I was tired I told him I had the service badge which I could show him. He was very rude when he took the card to look at it as well as the dog tag. He then asked for my DL and rolled his eyes in obvious disgust. He begrudgingly gave me the 2 waters.
I've never been treated that rudely at a Tru.
Room was nice, breakfast was fine, and location was great. But the only employee I interacted with on arrival was rude. The ladies we spoke to the next morning when having breakfast and leaving were very nice.

Quick reservation and service to arrange our room pre-arrival. Checkin was a breeze. Room was clean and spacious. Good storage for luggage. Hot water took a bit to heat in the shower. Breakfast was simple, easy and the staff were attentive.

My experience at this hotel was outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with genuine warmth and professionalism, always ready to help with a friendly attitude. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, creating the perfect space to relax.
The breakfast was another highlight—fresh, well-prepared, and with enough variety to start the day feeling energized. The dining area was clean and inviting, and the staff made sure everything stayed replenished.
The common areas were beautifully maintained, and the service throughout my stay felt smooth and thoughtful, as if every detail was quietly taken care of. I truly felt looked after from beginning to end.
I would absolutely return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and exceptional service.
