ZERO STARS IF I COULD. Please take this as a warning to RUUUNNN from here, do NOT book here. There are plenty of other hotels in the area. These people do not deserve even a penny from you. I had traveled over 16 hours for my move and usually love Tru by Hilton but this location was absolutely horrendous and now I will never stay at Tru again. Upon arrive, the lady in the front (Carmen or Carla something like that) was rude and RACIST. My family and I are of people of color too so I don’t understand why.. Maybe we aren’t dark enough for her…THEN I ask for two rooms by each other since I am traveling with my elder parents. The front desk then rudely interrupted my mom as she is trying to ask questions. We get to the room and it smells like DOG PISS & MOLD! Mind you, we are allergic to mold. We inform the rude lady in the front and she storms up stairs to the room to check for herself. She says “I DONT SMELL ANYTHING.” But since there was four of us with all working noses, we asked for a different room. All we wanted was a new room but she made a remark saying “Well the hotel is fully booked for the night.” So my family and I decided to leave (check out / cancel) and again, we had been there for maybe only 10 minutes and they REFUSED to let us check out because the manager isn’t on site. I let them know i will wait while they contact the manager and when the manager gets on the phone he sounds rude as well. I’m making a case with corporate because for a Hilton brand hotel, this is unacceptable.

NASTY NASTY NASTY . DOWN TO THE MANAGER . She had a horrible attitude , talks to the customers with no respect . EVERY ROOM THEY MOVED ME TO WAS NASTY , I had poop stains , period stains , and etc on towels . I had hair in bed , the sink and toilet was stopped up so bad I had to change rooms at 2 am in the morning . The staff is not helpful , Mrs.Carla and Joseph were the only pleasant ones . DOG HAIR in sheets , floors . The manager got nasty with me because I have 218 on hold for authorization and I was worried about my money being that it hasn't settled in 6 days . She told me " You aren't staying here anymore" The JOKE OF THE DAY . They make the Hilton's look bad , don't ever stay HERE IN HOLLINS !

Nice Hotel, however service needs improvement. Upon checkin requested 2 water bottles and was denied. Upon check out at 9am, breakfast host completely closed everything and denied opening anything. Breakfast hours were from 6am to 9am but could have been hospitable to open for 10 minutes or at least offer something. Even the coffee was finished, despite a 24 hour coffee station
