- TMTeaho MaJan 4, 20261.0I’m very disappointed with my stay. I was incorrectly charged a pet fee for my service animal, which is clearly stated to be exempt based on its own policy. At check-in, I showed the front desk staff my service dog license, yet the staff still insisted on charging the fee. After my stay, I reached out to the hotel to request a refund for this improper charge, but I never received a response or approval, which is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Additionally, the breakfast was very subpar—very limited options, which was disappointing compared to what’s typically expected. I would not recommend this hotel.

The bed was super uncomfortable the bathroom needed a good cleaning and it was hot in our room and would not cool down. The free breakfast was a complete joke. Don’t waste your time eating there just go get food.
- SPSusan PrestwichDec 8, 20255.0Great value for the money. Breakfast was continental plus waffle makers. Bagels, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, muffins, apple and orange juice. Hard boiled eggs had been sitting in hot water for too long and were discolored. The breakfast attendant was friendly and helpful. Rooms are not carpeted, but a good size. Bathroom is small with a combo tub-shower and a lighted mirror with fog-free area. The sign said rooms were serviced every other day, but housekeeping offered to clean and refresh ours on the first day of we wanted. Dale at the front desk was very helpful as we were leaving. We wanted to get out before some weather came in, so we left before breakfast was open. Dale got us a couple of bagels with cream cheese to take with us and offered fruit and juice as well.

I am still waiting on the manager to call me in regard to our stay, a voicemail was left for him 3 days ago. I would NOT recommend wasting your money here.
