  Beautiful rooms and building. But you'd expect that a Hilton of all places would have hot water. I've traveled all over the US, and visited 100s of hotels, and it takes a HILTON to give me no hot water for a shower in the morning, after a hard day of work. Thanks for ruining my morning. I ran the shower and sink faucets for 10 min and nothing.

  I contacted this location over a week ago to inquire if they accepted reservations from local residents, and the response was yes. However, on the day of the reservation, Spark informed me that it had been canceled due to my status as a local resident. This was a highly unsatisfactory experience.

  We stayed at this hotel from January 24th to February 3rd to ride out the winter storm after being snowed out of our home. From start to finish, the staff made a difficult situation much easier. James was courteous and accommodating, Aaliyah welcomed us every day with a cheerful smile, and Ruth was always kind and informative. Danita went above and beyond—she helped with so many little requests that really made a difference during our stay and even caught an accidental overbooking to make sure it was handled right away. The housekeeping team also deserves a big thank-you for their extra care and attention throughout our stay. The hotel was safe, clean, and friendly, and we’re truly grateful for the wonderful staff who made us feel at home during the storm.
