    Great experience. Clean rooms. Attentive staff. Bfast. What more could you ask for. If you have a car (I didn’t) its 5 bucks to Park. Anybody that complains about this Hotel doesn’t spend much time traveling. This is a fine establishment if your expectations are normal.

    Go somewhere else. Your belongings/food won’t get stolen by house keeping. Your comment below doesn’t mention anything about the missing food in my freezer.

    Walls run down, trash on the flood. Broken door and employee behind the front desk rude. Was clear 2years ago. Now run down and charging for parking?? Insane. Will never come back.

    We were never so fortunate to be able to enjoy a beautiful, comfortable suite with the ability to cook light meals and enjoy the hospitality of staff and management while displaced due to water damage to our home, we enjoyed clean rooms and delicious breakfast daily and a well deserved relaxing atmosphere while staying at the Home 2 Suites of Roanoke!

    This hotel is a mess! Ive stayed at plenty of Hiltons and this is bottom of the barrel. First of all they charge a petty 5 dollar a day parking fee (must go towards the renovations they fail to tell their guests about). I get a room on the 4th floor only to be woken up at the crack of dawn to construction work! Why wouldn't your staff disclose that? I dont wake up early when I dont have to! It was so inconvenient and disappointing. Lezonne was kind enough to try and find us a room that would offer some quiet during the morning hours. We had to be moved twice but she was super helpful and she is the only good thing about that hotel! The walls are paper thin its insane. I should not have to hear the people above or next to me. You could literally hear everything. Our room wasn't very clean and the AC unit looked like it wasn't cleaned in months (I took pictures). We will absolutely under no circumstances stay here again.
