The recent updates have made an already great hotel even better. What really sets this location apart, though, is the staff. Everyone is always so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which makes each stay feel easy and stress-free. I also travel with my two dogs, and this hotel has always gone above and beyond to make them (and me) feel comfortable and welcome. It’s clear they care about their guests and take pride in the experience they provide. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to many more stays in the years to come.

- KKkakabuggieDec 28, 20251.0We checked in and was in room 105. The heat was set on HELL when we arrived. We didn't think anything of it, turned it off and unpacked. That next morning the was a horrible smell in the bathroom and it appeared to be coming from the pipes. We didn't complain because we were leaving out for the day and was thinking the pipes were like that because everyone is showering and hoped it would be gone by the time we got back. We'll it wasn't (but we still didn't complain). I was laying on the bed watching t.v and I started scratching my arm (but never looked down) after a few mire itches I looked down and I had knocked a (BED BUG) off my arm. I grabbed a tissue a day wrapped it up and my husband took it downstairs to the front desk and let the know they had BED BUGS in 105. All they said was OKAY and changed our room. No sympathy, no one night off the room and no half off. So I went down to speak to front desk and asked how are we going to be compensated for their uncleaned facilities. He offered a roll of quarter so that we may dry everything we have. The roll of quarters was enough for two dries and NO WASH!! I left with bed bug bites on my arm and we for sure WILL NOT be staying at that filthy place again. The outside (lobby) looks appealing but DONT BE FOOLED!! We are thinking the room temperature was set on HELL when we arrived because they have had previous issues with bed bugs in there and tried to keep them hidden. But once we occupied the room and turned on the air (the bed bugs came out).
