My wife travels more frequently then I do and she remarked that this HIE location was every bit comparable to the more expensive brands she has stayed with when traveling. We highly recommend this location and will it will be our preferred choice when coming to Roanoke.

- ICIzza CheemaDec 21, 20251.0DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY $220 IN ORDER TO RECOVER YOUR CAR FROM THE TOW YARD. I wish there was a way to give 0 stars. We arrived at this hotel at 1am, checked in, were given our room keys, and told to park anywhere outside. So we did! Next morning we checked out at 9am to a surprise… our car was towed from the parking lot. Upon asking the manager, she pulled up footage from early morning and said “well yeah looks like it was towed by Dunkin. I don’t know why Dunkin think they own this side of parking lot but anytime anyone parks there they tow it” all while holding a vape in her but no apology in sight. HOW WOULD WE KNOW THAT DUNKIN DOES NOT WANT US PARKING THERE?!?! It is your job as the hotel staff to let us know that we are not supposed to park there. There are no signs and it is part of the hotel’s parking which just happens to have dunkin right next to it. From the manager’s response it sounded like this is an ongoing issue SO WHY NOT WARN YOUR GUESTS???? When we told her that the person who checked us in last night did not tell us that certain parking spaces are off limit she said “again I don’t know what to tell you, but dunkin towed it” very very poor customer service!
