We got the queen suite with snacks included, they told us we could choose $30 worth from the snack bar. Then the next person tells us it’s $20. We buy stuff that evening and the next morning, then before checking out we ask how much money we have left and I’m not exaggerating when I say it took them 30 minutes to answer this one question. It was like it was super hard to look up what we had purchased so far. At one point they told us we have $29 left and we were like that doesn’t make sense if we only started with 30? So we explained that and they continue to dig around, wasting more time, acting like it was the hardest thing and we were such a nuisance. If the staff can’t even answer simple questions on their own stuff there needs to be better training.

We had breakfast and chatted with Marissa, who was so welcoming and had such an uplifting personality. We will come back here on our yearly road trips from now on. Thanks for the hospitality!
