- CCClintJun 30, 20244.0It was a good place to do what a room does. Rest and relax! 🙏 Was there for my son's graduation and it was a good time. Had the indoor pool and a nice Bar 🍺 downstairs that had a kitchen and could order food. Downside was it wasn't within walking distance to any place else to eat. And I was on foot.

I will say that it was not so great when we first arrived but they did some great work switching employees and everything and it is sooo much better now! The staff is always pleasant and as helpful as they can be! Megan at the front desk is our favorite, she is always smiling and brings special light to this hotel! We just love her!! They have a nice fitness are that is always clean, and the pool room is nice as well! I like that they have several elevators so if you don't want to wait you can just go to the next elevator! These guys have accommodated us to a great extent and we are so thankful for the new crew!! They also have a new menu with tasty items to choose from, I definitely recommend stopping by black birch to grab a bite to eat!!
