- HWHeather WilsonNov 17, 20242.0Our room was great, didn’t want to eat in so we went to the bar/restaurant; which was an absolute joke. They have a menu with handcrafted drinks that they aren’t able to make, because they don’t even carry the ingredients for them. No limes, apparently for weeks, no lemonade, no soft drinks. The cook was filthy, what I could see of the kitchen was filthy as well. Cook came out cussing, then went somewhere, came back with cheese, still wearing the same dirty gloves and then went straight into food prep, never changing gloves. The place was empty so to be that overwhelmed is wild. Customers were sending back food. Bartender didn’t have what she needed to produce items patrons were asking for. Then when we asked her to put the game on, the tv said the bill had not been paid, no one was able to resolve that. No music/radio either. I ordered wings and fries. Wings were decent, celery had to have been prepped a week ago, carrots were slimy. Oil for frying was old and undertemp because the fries were soggy and off color. What a gorgeous hotel to have such horrible food service smack dab in the middle of it, I was truly surprised.

- AOAlex ObregonApr 30, 20232.0Place is too dark, windows do not have day light, it says is candlewood Suites BUT NO suites for diamond level. Mini kitchen is missing lots of amenities, no garbage can, no towels, first floor has windows room to lobby so no way to open it unless privacy. Honestly for long stays is not recommended. I have a 1 month reservation but I will have to cancel, simply is not a place where you really would feel comfortable. I do not recommend it, and will have to escalate with IHG Headquarters.
