- SAStephanie Ann2 days ago4.0This hotel was decent. Pros - it was clean, well priced, and was conveniently located to the highway. Cons - the AC did not work well (and this was in April when it shouldn’t have needed to work hard!) so the room stayed humid and a bit warmer than we would like. I also have noticed that the quality of IHG breakfast has decreased across the brand (we stay in IHG hotels about 30 nights per year). The elimination of fresh fruit (except a brown banana if you are lucky) is really a disappointment.
- TATya AndersonApr 20, 20265.0This hotel was perfect for my husband and I. The location is fantastic, close to many shops and stores. The room was very, very clean. The hotel was surprisingly quiet, there were some kids and teens also staying there, but it was still quiet. The service was pretty good, although I did not see the staff that much. Finally, I'm not sure if this is one of hotels that do not provide clean sheets and towels daily for environmental reasons but we had to request fresh towels. I'm not saying that as a negative, just something to be aware of. Other than that, we will be back again

- AKAndrew KimbelMar 25, 20262.0It was pretty disappointing from what I'm used to with Holiday Inns. When I checked in, apparently there was a note that said there was no bathroom door, but that I was ok with it, which was pretty irritating considering nobody had spoken to me about the room before I checked in. Then there was the fact that the bathroom door was indeed missing, which is absurd. I've never stayed in any hotel anywhere until now that didn't have a door on the bathroom. That's a very basic requirement, especially for almost $300 a night. The breakfast was also less than mediocre, which was disappointing again when considering the high cost of the room. The parking lot is also not nearly big enough for all the guests and I had to park at the Sheetz next door.
