I exclusively use Hilton these days, and stayed in this hotel from August 8- 10 of 2025. Things went down hill immediately. I was told via the app that I could choose the suite since I paid for it in advance. I chose one on the 9th floor. When I checked in, they put me in a room on the 8th floor. When I walked in, the tv in the living area wouldn’t load anything. I requested help, which arrived within 20 minutes, and about another 20 minutes later they realized our cable box was MISSING. I requested a replacement, they said a manager would have to get it Saturday for me. Spoiler Alert! I never got the cable box. I was unable to use the TV I paid for. Friday night, there was a fire at the hotel. The restaurant had caused the alarm, which went off Larkin’s 12:30 am and necessitated evacuation and an hour wait outside to clear the hotel. Mind you, this was the fault of the hotel. They never offered anything to rectify my sleepless night. The next night, Saturday, the HVAC went out on my ENTIRE floor (which, if you’ll remember was not the floor I requested). I had to pack up and change rooms at 2:30 am when I had to be working at 8:30. The room I was moved to was incredibly similar to the original one I requested, which added to my frustration. I asked for a manager at least five times. No one would talk to me. Using the Hilton app, I requested a manager contact me. I even emailed asking for someone to contact me. I paid for two nights of sleep and due to the hotel’s issues, was unable to sleep for even one. The hvac was broken and I could not use the tv I paid for, the entire weekend. The center location isn’t worth being ripped off and ignored. I’ve waited 50 days for them to do the right thing and for some reason hospitality, professionalism, pride in service, and accountability are all alien ideas to this hotel. Don’t make the mistake I did. I feel I was stolen from.
