    No. The smell on the 11th floor is horrible. I can’t believe how much I paid for this. No one was ever at the front desk. The streets surrounding here are pretty empty. My room was clean. The hallway had a huge ? By my door and little bottles in the hallway. I had to cover my nose every time I left. The elevator had broken tiles and duct tape. Awful.

    Honestly, the hotel has potential, but the customer service provided by the staff on the second floor, where the restaurant is located, is very poor. Additionally, if you are planning to rest, forget about it. Starting at 7 a.m., you can hear doors slamming, chairs being dragged, and loud noises from the housekeeping staff in the nearby rooms. Definitely, the hotel did not meet my expectations. The photos do not accurately represent the place, and the restaurant/bar on the top floor remains closed. Overall, the place is very average — below expectations.

    I travel frequently for work and almost exclusively stay with Hilton properties, most often Homewood Suites. Unfortunately, my recent stay was by far the worst hotel experience I have had anywhere in the country. While the parking garage is extremely poorly designed and only suitable for compact vehicles, that is not even my primary concern. My room was filthy upon arrival. There were dirty dishes left in both the sink and dishwasher, additional dishes with crusted food still in the drawers, loose change on the floor indicating the room had not been vacuumed, and a broken metal piece left on the shower floor. Additionally, the toilet did not flush. These conditions clearly show the room was not properly cleaned or inspected before being assigned to a guest. I typically cook during my stays, but the condition of the room was so unsanitary that I felt uncomfortable even using the kitchen. As a result, I ate out every night and spent as little time in the room as possible. As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, I was not offered any of the benefits or recognition associated with my status. This was especially disappointing given the circumstances and the level of loyalty I have to Hilton. I also responded honestly to the text messages asking about my stay, stating that it was awful. The only response I received was that management would be notified. I never heard anything further — no follow-up, no apology, no resolution. I travel nationwide and have never experienced anything close to this level of neglect. I would never stay at this property again. For a similar price, the Marriott property nearby offers valet parking, a clean environment, and an on-site restaurant — a stark contrast to this experience. This stay was absolutely unacceptable, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously.

    Dont stay unless you want your animals taken and your reservations cancelled without knowing!! Today I was on a call and two men bust into my hotel room with animal cages saying they were coming to take my pets because the GM told them I abandoned them!! Thank God I was in the room and able to stop them or else my babies would have been gone. The GM went on to claim that my reservation was cancelled the previous day and that I had left my pets for over 24 hours. All news to me!! 1. He said he thought I had left my pets because when he came in the room yesterday I wasnt there and he didn't see many belongings. I was on a 12 hour shift as a nurse!! When i told him I worked 12 hours he asked did I come in late? I told him I came in right after work at 8pm not that its his business. He said oh ya well I was in here before that. So because you enter my room once and im not home and u don't see belongings you assume I abandoned my animals rather than trying to contact me?!?! I am so upset and traumatized. 2. I was told I had the room until the 15th, (I was here bc my apartment building caught fire so it was booked by insurance) my key card still worked fine, and Noone ever called, told, emailed or notified me in any way about the reservation being canceled early, instead they just tried to take my pets claiming I abandoned them.
