My only complaint that most likely sway my decision or spreading the word of staying is the charge you to park now this neighborhood appears to be an industrial park area full of businesses & they have their own parking lot why are guests responsible to pay for parking? If it was a city street parking and/or parking garage it would be understandable. My only complaint

I have stayed here when I come to Richmond because it's in a good spot. They have started charging $10 a night to park. It's kind of absurd since this is in the suburbs. Something is off here.

The absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life. Where to even start. My sheets were COVERED in very long, black hairs, my shower water was cold and would go out in the middle of showering every 2 minutes, the front desk night audit girl Shantasia literally harsssed my friend and I because we asked for new sheets. She came around the front desk and grabbed them in front of us yelling at us and rolling her eyes. We were genuinely so confused by this treatment. Especially being a diamond member. Housekeeping is lazy and put the same dirty sheets back on with the hairs on them. Ebonee at the front desk did absolutely nothing to rectify my cold water issue after the sheets and harassment issue. She said there was nothing she could do to help me. Did not offer to change my room and said she couldn’t contact emergency maitnence. Insane. I reached out to the GM and AGM Tracy and Sierra to rectify these issues and was only refunded for one night after asking for a full refund due to how horribly I was treated at this hotel and the lack of cleanliness standards. I was additionally told by Tracy my points were refunded to me which they weren’t. This hotel is a dumpster fire. Horrible customer service, questionable cleaning standards, and employees who will literally yell at you and harass you being a diamond member and nothing is done about it. Zero accountability. Ridiculous. The only positive interaction I had was with Sitierra at the front desk.
