The staff has been top notch since I arrived. Checked me in with ease. Always there to address any questions or concerns. And personalized experiences like with Eric (the gentleman with the Locs) making sure that a post work out breakfast is top notch - ask him about it on your next stay!

Stayed here for a month on business with the museum. From the second I walked in till I left it was a great experience. Staff was friendly and professional. The hotel from top to bottom , inside and out was always well kept. First time I’ve seen a rec room like this at a hotel. I told the two ladies at the front desk they need to start a company tutoring other hotels on how to conduct customer service. This place is top drawer in my book !!

Our stay here last week was smooth from the beginning. Anthony checked us in and was courteous, professional, personable and helpful. He informed me of all the hotel amenities and helped me sign up for IHG rewards to make sure I'm getting the most out of my stay and my money. This level of customer service is a rarity nowadays. It was clear he enjoyed our interaction and being helpful. What a great way to start our stay! We entered the room to find it was clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed on our long drive. The hotel allows pets for a $75 fee and our cat enjoyed the room as much as we did. The water in the sink and shower got hot. Everything in our room worked perfectly. Housekeeping was thorough and polite. Breakfast was good and well stocked. The women running it were also polite and on top of refilling stations as needed. I find most of the negative reviews on here to be from people who are hard to please or even looking for unnecessary fault. (Who cares which side of the building a parking lot is on? It's well lit and completely visible from many of the rooms. We could see our car from our window... Get a grip.) If you are a reasonable person who does not look for ways to nit-pick everything to feel some weird form of superiority then you will enjoy this hotel as much as we did. Thank you to Anthony and all other staff members I interacted with or were behind the scenes to keep this hotel running smoothly and professionally.
