Went to 3 different places nearby who did not have a bathroom and I was referred to go to another place down the street. I have rewards here and I have stayed at holiday inn plenty of times and I have been to other locations where they are more than willing to direct you to the bathroom in the lobby. Not here. I’m not sure what happened to human decency and customer service/care but I received none here.
