- JOJulia OlsonNov 15, 20255.0When I came to stay the night over the weekend the front desk agent/ manager Mirza Ali was very helpful when it came to booking my room, along with knowledgeable of the area since I was from out of town and needed good food recommendations.. the room was very clean and that’s coming from an OCD person… the breakfast in the morning was amazing felt like it was home away from home will definitely be coming back next time I’m in the area 😁
- KMKen MooreNov 13, 20255.0I had to extend my stay one additional day and the manager at the desk worked for over 20 minutes straight on his computer to make it happen as the hotel was very booked and busy at the time and I had booked my stay using a third party app so extending my stay was a bit complicated. All the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Its a great place to stay in downtown Richmond! Wonderful city view too!
- MHMatthew HarveyNov 12, 20252.0Great location, but not a lot else to recommend it. Holiday Inn Express is my favorite hotel chain, and I've stayed in dozens of them on four continents. This is probably the worst one I've ever stayed in. Every single thing about it was "meh" at best or "yuck" at worst. The breakfast was missing items, coffee machines were up and down as to if they would work, spills were left unnoticed and untouched for 15+ minutes. The in-hotel mini shop was almost totally empty. The rooms are very outdated and dingy.
