- LLLuNov 3, 20255.0Pros: - Check in was fast and easy. - Breakfast was hot and plentiful - You always see cleaning staff working - Front desk was understanding + helpful - Shower water was hot - AC blows nice and cold - No bugs or hair very clean - Comfy beds - King lounge room has mini fridge, microwave, TV by the bed, coffee maker (coffee machines in lobby too), safe, closet, vanity mirror, adjustable shower head, great lighting, privacy curtain, a desk and a chase, an area for luggage, and a dresser, and so much more. - Treadmill, bike, and elliptical. - Close to the airport and many convenience stores, restaurants, and gas stations. - Quiet at night got good sleep and never heard my neighbors - DOVE products in the bathroom not those cheap little hotel bottles - stamped toilet paper into little bows?! Cons: - pool is closed - weird stains on carpet Overall what is being done right here far outweighs the two downsides, so it was an obvious choice!!! Thank you for a great stay. Edit: I forgot to mention I even checked the lint vents in the room's AC unit and it was literally spotless! Idk how they do it :)

I appreciated the cleaning service I had during the stay. Sherri and Jay had a lot of recommendations of activities for me to do. The airport bus shuttle was timely! The ride to and from the airport was included. The hotel is right next to a wawa so there's always food a short walk away. Thank you to the entire staff for having me as a guest for two days in Richmond! Highly recommend!

- ZCZamek CastleSep 28, 20252.0Nice rooms, beautiful grounds. My compliments to the cleaning staff, I wished the manager worked as hard as them. Maybe they would have Wifi half as fast as the 90s dial-up. The Wifi is so slow here the splash page on my FireTV Stick wouldn't even fully load and you couldn't even stream a YouTube video. I had to leave the comfort of my nice clean room to go to Starbucks to work and video conference call. Hotel managers need to realize how important Wifi is for business travelers...all travelers. I asked to be moved to a room closer to the router and to the credit of the staff, they were very accommodating. Unfortunately, the Wifi was 5 Mbps everywhere on all floors, even at the front desk. If the management doesn't care enough to maintain reliable internet, I don't care to come back. I'd rather stay at another IHG hotel on the other side of town and drive farther to work. I won't be back. If you don't care about internet, and plan to just watch TV and sleep, this is a pretty nice place to stay. The rooms are clean and modern. There's safes in the rooms and nice big TVs. Close to shopping and restaurants. Unfortunately for me, I care about Wifi.
