- LLLuNov 3, 20255.0Pros: - Check in was fast and easy. - Breakfast was hot and plentiful - You always see cleaning staff working - Front desk was understanding + helpful - Shower water was hot - AC blows nice and cold - No bugs or hair very clean - Comfy beds - King lounge room has mini fridge, microwave, TV by the bed, coffee maker (coffee machines in lobby too), safe, closet, vanity mirror, adjustable shower head, great lighting, privacy curtain, a desk and a chase, an area for luggage, and a dresser, and so much more. - Treadmill, bike, and elliptical. - Close to the airport and many convenience stores, restaurants, and gas stations. - Quiet at night got good sleep and never heard my neighbors - DOVE products in the bathroom not those cheap little hotel bottles - stamped toilet paper into little bows?! Cons: - pool is closed - weird stains on carpet Overall what is being done right here far outweighs the two downsides, so it was an obvious choice!!! Thank you for a great stay. Edit: I forgot to mention I even checked the lint vents in the room's AC unit and it was literally spotless! Idk how they do it :)

I appreciated the cleaning service I had during the stay. Sherri and Jay had a lot of recommendations of activities for me to do. The airport bus shuttle was timely! The ride to and from the airport was included. The hotel is right next to a wawa so there's always food a short walk away. Thank you to the entire staff for having me as a guest for two days in Richmond! Highly recommend!
