We have known her at this property for a few years now. She is the kind of woman you feel proud to know. She always takes a few minutes to talk to us and share her life. Cece walks around the dining area helping everyone she can. If there were a definition of these two positions Susan and CeCe would fill the bill perfectly. Hilton should be proud to have these ladies in their family.

Cece is our breakfast host. She’s has always welcomed us with such a caring spirit. She was attentive and generous with her time and no question was too much. We look forward to seeing her each time we visit Richmond.

Nick very efficient in correcting both. I attempted to reserve my room through HILTON. The "third party" I reserved through outright lied stating that they were HILTON central booking and that the HILTON INN Short Pump could not do their own reservations. I am a HILTON HONORS member and retired military. I requested n appropriate discount and got none. Of course when I departed I was advised that I had booked through a third party. And therefore couldn't get a full receipt. I nearly always stay with Hampton Inn when I travel and have had this problem several times in the past. It is becoming tiresome. Especially this time when I was outright lied too.

Susan, Mike and Ayat were also very helpful, friendly, polite and excellent with everything.CeCe did a wonderful breakfast both days I was there. The food was really good. Love the potatoes. Everything was orderly and clean. She was really pleasant and polite. I will come back again. Thank you
