    The hotel is spotless and new. The rooms are still incredibly generic and all the doors auto-slam closed -- but there is no sound proofing so all you hear all night are doors slamming. It's a fine hotel. Just incredibly noisy to sleep at. Lots kf hotels are this way -- they are corporate and the managers never actually spend a night there woth a customer's POV. So too at this Hampton.

    I haven't stayed anywhere this nice since the last time we stayed at a Hilton hotel! 5 stars! Highly recommend. Will def stay again. Clean, modern, quiet rooms. Service staff was friendly and helpful. Location was easy to find and get to. Everything worked as it should, ample hot water, great water pressure, big TV, strong wifi, and bed was sooooo comfy.

    My wife and I recently stayed at this newly remodeled hotel. I first want to mention the most excellent General Manager Alexandra. This hotel is run like a fine Swiss watch and we had an excellent stay for two nights. The suite was very spacious and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast area and complimentary coffee were also top notch. Breakfast had many selections on both days and tasted great. I must also not fail to mention the incredibly gracious and helpful Assistant General Manager T'keshia Brown. She was extremely attentive to some additional requests that we had.     It's the Hampton..everything you expect clean near perfect rooms.with Only 1 problem . Never stay on lower floors especially if you need your rest I don't know if it's poor or cheap construction. Thin walls ect...But I have been here 5 days 4 nights ..Will never stay here again..people in floors above you... it sounds like they are wearing concrete boots..stomping the floor so bad at 11 pm at night woke me from a sound sleep..oh and every door here Must slammed ...apparently that's some more poor construction ..yea im not a Happy Camper..worst hotel stay ever.

    T'Keshia at the desk made check in a breeze. She was so helpful in recommending places to dine. Anthony was a sweet gentleman who suggested everything he could to provide comfort when the a/c went down in the middle of the night. The hotel is newly renovated and the rooms are spacious and modern. Breakfast offers a great selection of fruit, yogurt, eggs, muffins and the usual cereal, oatmeal and breads. It would have been the perfect stay had the a/c not gone out, but I can understand mechanical issues. T'Keshia, I hope the steak was good!
