Worst stay ever, I was with my 4 kids for a wreslting event for 3 night stay Upon coming back to the hotel I was a victim of attempted robbery at the hotel with my kids I filed a police report notified front desk criminal was arrested and I was offered a 1 day comp for our troubles horrible manager Alexandra Armstrong on how she dealt with the issue she was trying to brush the incident stating it was a shared parking but clearly it is not all 3 additional exits and entrances are not shared with anyone else

We stay only at Hampton Inns and Hilton. We bought a camper and it's been awhile since we stayed in one. We went to Richmond Va for Valentines weekend and stayed at this Hampton Inn. It was WONDERFUL! The room had no carpet just clean floors. Everything was clean and very nice. The TV was the perfect size and it used apps now. So u had live TV plus the regular apps. Security is nice. After hours u need a key card to get into the lobby and the desk clerk has to unlock the elevator to let u use it. The free breakfast is the same. Enough to get u started. Coffee and hot water for tea is available all day. The staff is very helpful including the cleaning ladies.The price of the rooms were ok.

T'Keshia Brown is an incredibly customer focused employee. She jumped through hoops when I found myself in a "situation" not being able to make my reservation because of a snowstorm. I thought I was going to get jammed up but she called me back out of the blue with a SOLUTION. She didn't have to remember me, she could have just forgotten about it each time we hung up, but then she called me out of the blue and told me how I could rearrange my travel plans with no penalty. I really appreciated that. I have since checked in (one week late) and can tell you that this property is sharp! I hadn't stayed here in a few years and between the time I last stayed and today the place had been completely remodeled. The renovation was not like some hotels that I have visited where you can see the old through the new, these rooms feel new! This is now my second stay here in a month and I travel to this area a lot. It will be in my frequent rotation. I do want to mention, I give this property and T'Keshia a 5 star review all day long, but I would give the General Manager a 1 star review. When I send an E-Mail to the General Manager as a Diamond Member, I expect a reply. Outside of that grievance I'll be at this Hampton a lot this year.

Great stay and a beautifully remodeled hotel. However, we're Gold members and they wanted to charge us $100 late checkout fee. Hampton Inn Innsbrook charged $0 late checkout fee and the Homewood Suites close by only charged $25 late checkout. Total ripoff! Not staying here ever again. We're in town for a swim meet at NOVA Aquatics and will be staying late because my swimmer made the finals later on today. This isn't something that can be easily predicted ahead of time. I would've hoped for better customer care since 1) Were Gold members and 2) We just stayed at this hotel 2 months ago for a different swim meet. We hung out for hours in the lobby waiting for the evening swim session to start and THEY ALLOWED PEOPLE TO CHECK IN EARLY FOR FREE! What the heck! One lady had never been here before and wasn't a Diamond or Gold member. Seriously.
