Absolutely disgusting hotel. Room not clean on arrival. No working HVAC. No one working desk most of the time. Strangers walking into room because of keycard issues. No soap in shampoo dispensers.

This was the worst hotel experience I have had. I stayed for three nights, and throughout my stay there were significant issues that were not adequately resolved.
In my original room, the shower water was dangerously hot to the point that it was unusable and posed a burn risk. After the first day without being able to shower, I was moved to a different room. Unfortunately, the second room had a strong mold/mildew odor and was recently reopened following a leak according to the manager.
I was then moved back to my original room and informed that if I needed to shower, I could use a separate room in the hotel that was currently under maintenance for HVAC issues.

Food options are extremely limited. We had lunch ar Capital Ale Grill a couple blocks away. Very good food with an interesting menu. The restaurant at the top of the hotel building is closed during the winter months.

Stayed for two nights during bad weather. Room was nice enough. Kind of odd entering through the entrance to the Post Office. When I got to my room, the television did not work. I called down to the front desk and said it was gonna be a long night if I didn't have anything to do, so he said he would send up maintenance. They showed up a little while later while I was down getting my luggage. I was also told they would be breakfast at 6 AM. I was interested in that because I had to be at work by seven, so I needed to eat quickly. The elevators are a little odd, but I have run into this in New Jersey, so figured it out quickly. It's just strange to get into an elevator and not have any buttons to push. Everything went fairly well, with a small glitch with the bathroom sink, which will get you all wet, at least the one in my room, and the shower curtain is too short, so the floor got a bit wet. Got up and went down for breakfast, and it did not exist. That was a serious letdown. Returned after work today, and there's a sign up saying the lobby is closed. I couldn't get in for some reason, but a maintenance worker was standing nearby and let me in. Got back up to the room, and the TV doesn't work, again. But this time, there was no one at the front desk. I tried maintenance, and I tried housekeeping. It would appear there was absolutely no one working at the hotel at the moment. I kept calling, and I finally got someone after half an hour, and they're sending someone up to fix the TV, again. Checkout isn't until 11, so I can possibly find a place for breakfast in the morning before I leave.

I Would give 4.5 stars. I checked in, got to my room and was not the room I reserved. I contacted guest services and they corrected my room with out issue. The room was nice amd clean. The bed sounded like it had some kind of metal support that made noise when sitting down on the edge of the bed, but I didn't noticed it while laying down. The shower was weak. Breakfast ok. They ran out of orange juice, staff was quick to restock it.
