Well I had to change my review after coming in last night and finding homeless people in the lobby!
Also, cold in room. Thermostat confusing. All it needs to do is go up or down. There were no extra blankets.
Then this morning NO water pressure in shower. Unbelievable. It literally dribbled out.

Very odd place when you first come here as the Hampton and Town Suites are basically the same hotel. Once you get used to it, it's not bad. The elevator panel takes a bit to get used to. I like staying here when I travel for business due to the location and the parking deck under the hotel. I dislike the beds. They are so hard and kill my back. When I wake up I can feel where the springs have pressed into my hip all night. I have stayed in several different rooms and there are small issues in several, but not terrible things. I will say the last room I stayed in, the gas detecstarted to go off in the middle of the night, so that worried me. Overall, if you need a good location downtown for the night, I would always choose here for the location.

I hated this hotel! We drove around the block twice before pulling over to try and find entrance. Then we were told to park on the parking deck named Homewood Suites, take elevator to 4th floor or something to the correct lobby. Stupid plan! Service was fine, but not friendly. Room was adequate, mattress terrible. Bath good. Returned from our event around 10:30pm to find homeless people sleeping just outside lobby. We had to walk over them to get to front desk. No security on elevator, anyone could get onto our floor. Ice machines were turned off. That's the end of Hampton Inn for us.

First of all the Desk Staff were great. The room I was in had some issues: The bathroom pocket door was stuck and the pull hardware on the side of the toilet/shower side of the bathroom was broken and dangerous as I almost cut my finger trying to pull it out because it was broken and had a sharp edge. Second was the wet bar sink’s spigot was very loose. Third the remote hardly worked. Maybe the battery is going dead—very annoying! Otherwise the room was clean. I’ve noticed some hotels are chinsy with the towels, this one is no different.
