- APAndrea PikeOct 15, 20254.0I arrived after midnight.....online address brought me to the entrance of a lobby that has a post office. When you went in you could see to the desk but doors were locked & no indication of how to enter or even where to park. I drove around to the side and there is a sister hotel connected to this one. I went to the desk & was able to check in there and was given the instructions where to park. Because of this confusion, the lack of items in their market area, and tiny bar soap for bathing is why I'm giving it a 4☆ Also there was a patio that overlooked downtown and it was locked. This was one of the features I chose the hotel & was not able to enjoy. Otherwise staff was friendly, breakfast was good, room was clean, and nice walking distance to Allianz Riverfront Amphitheater. Nice workout area.

The first night, one of the lightbulbs was burnt out, there was caked on dust on the lamp base, multiple horizontal surfaces had dust, but worst of all, there were toilet paper shreds on the bathroom floor and the shower had hair all over it. I called down because it was late and asked them to fix it during the day when housekeeping was in. I returned the following night ready for a shower and there was still hair in the shower. I requested a room switch and recieved it, I was excited for that shower. I did notice a mark on the wall by the trashcan and thought nothing of it because it was late and I was tired. In the morning, in the daylight I noticed a mark on the bathroom door and started looking closer, the mark on the wall was what appeared to be old vomit aimed at the trash can that never got cleaned. At this point I felt defeated, I had already been comped for one night, this was not something I was expecting in the second room. The lobby was closed that morning so I could not talk to anyone about my issues immediately. I am still awaiting a response from the GA on the issue as nothing I experienced was acceptable. In addition I saw a cockroach scurry across the rooftop bar while I was there, that building is far from clean.
