- CYChris Young4 days ago2.0Stopped for the night. Bed was comfy, but the drapes did not close. So not only did we hear the I95 traffic, it also lit up the room. Room also needs an update- carpet ripped in several places.

Liked that the room had a microwave and only complaint is thermostats on the wall did not work and have to use the controls in the unit. Breakfast was good but no yogurt option here for the traditional Hampton breakfast option. No snack nook here but does offer a business center, pool, fitness center, and guest laundry. Enjoyed the time here and I would stay here again.
- AAAjayeOct 27, 20251.0Our experience was trash, Jimmy who claims to be maintenance but is really house keeping BANGED ON OUR DOOR AND CURSED US OUT. His reason was because we don't understand Spanish and the Spanish workers there don't understand and can't speak English. Jimmy was very disrespectful and violent. He also taunted our dog which he scared out pet very badly. We reported him to management and her name is Maisha Henry and she was very unconcerned... She didn't care at all. I don't recommend this hotel stay to anyone. This is not a safe place. I had to call Richmond Police to make him leave us alone, once the police got there he finally calmed down and left my family alone. It shouldn't have taken this in order to get peace and quiet. Jimmy made this a 100 % hostel environment. If you do stay here be very aware of Jimmy, he treat people how ever he feels and the hotel manager will back him up on whatever he says. We are hard working honest people and we were treated very poorly. We paid over $1,000.00 to stay here and was not refunded anything for the trouble that Jimmy caused us. Be very careful staying at this hotel. They get a half of star from me and I'd rather stay at a drug infested hotel before I ever stay here again, junkies and murders on the street has treated me better than this so called Hampton Inn By HILTON. 👎🏾👎🏾
