Stayed over one night. Room was clean and bathrooms were nice. Bit of noise in the morning from another room as we were leaving. I told the staff and they investigated promptly. Couldn’t ask for a better response.
We did the valet parking without any issues. Didn’t need in and out privileges but was told it was included in the $37 fee.
Downstairs bar was nice and service was quick. Rooftop bar is seasonal so I don’t get a chance to check it out.
Walking distance close to coffee shops and restaurants.
Only complaints were that check ins start at 4pm and that there wasn’t any complementary coffee in the lobby. But we would stay over again.

Prior to booking, I called the hotel to ask if EV charging was available anyplace nearby because the hotel listing said no EV charging was available via their valet service. I was told that the information was incorrect and EV charging was available via their service. However when we gave our car to the valet, we were informed that only Tesla charging was actually available so we couldn't charge there as planned. This is a major inconvenience for a family on a road trip, especially when we took the time to reach out for this specific information to avoid problems.
The rooms are very cramped and there is no coffee / tea service in the lobby. The top floor restaurant is closed and inaccessible, even just to enjoy the view.
The stopper in the bathroom sink in our room was stuck so the water would not drain.
Our room wasn't stocked with the basic supplies needed (cups, towels, etc) for the number of guests we registered and paid for.
A Cleaning staff member couldn't be bothered to move their cart a few inches so we could get by with a luggage cart loaded with bags. We were lucky she moved the pile of dirty sheets she left in the hallway (without taking a moment away from her loud, complaining and obviously very personal phone conversation).
The location was good for walking around to see the area, which we enjoyed.
The staff at the bar, valet and front desk were very helpful.
Overall it was adequate, but we wouldn't stay there again.

We usually love the Graduate hotels but this had to be our least favorite by far. Bathroom was small and the tub wouldn’t drain when we showered. When it eventually did, the bathroom smelled like sewerage water. The bed was also uncomfortable and felt sunken in. This place had such great reviews but we were shocked by the quality of the room. Will most likely never return to this location.

We booked for a little staycation for a mom and dad getaway…. Around the hotel is a little sketchy.. especially in the evening. The rooftop bar was closed, the indoor “restaurant” was the worst food we’ve ever had. We tried the “adult grilled cheese.” Thinking it’d be something of substance with some decent bread. The bread was charred black, one thin sliced cheese not even melted… had to request that to be comped which staff did so without hesitation and was extremely polite about it. We had to leave to go find dinner elsewhere when our plan coming here was to relax and have a low key kid free evening without leaving the location. We tried again in the morning. Breakfast seemed promising. More bodies in the lobby however everyone already had their food. It wasn’t busy. I ordered avocado toast and my husband ordered a corned beef hash/potatoes for dining in. It took over 40 minutes to receive our food and the toast was hard as a rock and my husbands potatoes were hard and cold along with the rest of his food which we received in to go boxes. They had to comp that meal as well. I’d like to also include, we are diamond members and did not receive our water bottles at check in. And we had to pay $37 for parking when they literally kept our vehicle parked in the street in front of the hotel. The amenities in the rooms are very minimal. The rooms are cute but not cute enough to come back for. Will NOT be coming back. Do not recommend. There are way cuter hotels in the area with WAY better food on site.

I recently visited Richmond for a concert that I wasn’t able to attend as I fell victim to the Norovirus. Chiquita, the manager at the front desk, went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed as I was unable to leave my room. She brought me ice, towels, DoorDash items and a new room key as I was forced to extend my stay an extra night to recover. She called the room to check on me and offered to bring me food. It was my saving grace being alone and unwell away from home. Very thankful for her!
