Or you shouldn't.

Hilton say it’s not their responsibility because it’s a subcontractor… the valet company admitted it was their fault. I wouldn’t feel safe leaving my car with them again, but there is no self parking. I’m a long term hilton member, this hotel is off the list! Terrible experience to feel unsafe while travelling!
- BSBeth SJan 17, 20261.0We checked into our room and there was a large feces stain on the toilet seat. Housekeeping did clean it for us but then we had to worry what else wasn’t cleaned. The staff seemed extremely disorganized. When we checked out the valet did not have our car ready even though we texted requesting our car 15 minutes prior to checking out. We had to wait at least 15 minutes for the car to arrive. Overall it was a bad experience and we will not be staying at this hotel again.
