The services was super slow and terrible. Food was not good, seems they reheat everything, however they do have an omelette section that is very decent.

Our air conditioner didn’t work properly—it was blowing heat at first, and even after being “fixed,” the room never cooled below 71°F. There was a large stain on the carpet, some of the pillows had makeup on them, and there was visible fungus in the shower. The pool area was also disappointing. The water was dirty, with confetti and balloons floating in it, and there were no clean towels available—we were told to get some from our room on the 8th floor. Additionally, one of the elevators was out of service, and two families even got stuck in another elevator for about 15 minutes. The only positive aspect of our stay was the breakfast, which was quite good, although my wife was initially given the wrong omelet and had to go back to get the correct one. Overall, we were very disappointed with our experience. For the price, this hotel is simply not worth it, and we will not be staying here again.

Elevators safe but not quite right; adequate gym, nice free (2 drink) social hour each evening and a decent breakfast where you can get a made to order omlet as well. I wouldnt say I would come back here again, but the staff really made a difference for a family coming to town for a memorial service. So they are a standout and standup place for that reason.

I was on the 7th floor and the ice machine wasn’t working so had to go to another floor just to get ice. The breakfast in the morning was fine, just wished they had pork sausages as well because not everyone likes turkey sausages. I went to the omelette section, asked for scrambled eggs with cheese but the cook fried the egg, chopped it up, and didn’t put the cheese in the eggs which was disappointing. Other than that I still would stay here again
