    I think it’s bad policy to charge for parking in a suburban hotel. This isn’t downtown, there are no parking garages, no security, no gate. Just $10 to use there giant parking lot. Imagine if your grocery store charged $5 to park out front. It shows an utter disregard to the customer experience. Money grubbing. This was a statement, not an invitation for discourse. I do not care for a reply from the hotel. Your policies speak volumes.

    Morgan at the front desk provided impeccable service at check-in and throughout our stay, which was such a comfort after a 9-hour drive. I felt genuinely cared for and appreciated as a guest solely because of Morgan’s 5-star quality service. At check-in, my reservation couldn’t be found and Morgan tried every avenue to (very courteously!) solve the “mystery…” When I finally found the email with my reservation confirmation number, I was quite embarrassed to realize that I had mistakenly booked for the wrong day! Morgan quickly and seamlessly located an open room, and even personally checked it to be sure it was clean and suitable for us. Morgan was engaging and warm throughout, all while taking calls for housekeeping service and answering guest’s questions as they approached the desk. I never felt sidelined or ignored—just impressed, honestly! And for the algorithm: the room was clean and comfortable and exceeded my expectations. Coffee in the lobby was hot and fresh and YES I got my warm cookies at check-in!

    I only attended a recent conference, so I cannot attest to accommodations or overnight stays. The staff is very kind, attentive, and does their best. That being said, the building needs basic maintenance and updating, and at this point they need to invest in better chairs. Obviously, I understand wanting to maximize space and maintain affordability, but physically maneuvering rooms over packed with tiny chairs that no one can fit in got so tiring I didn't even attend the last day of scheduled events.

    Hola buenas tardes no creo que sea una buena idea hacer un evento en este lugar los trabajadores no responden como tiene que ser, la mayoría no entienden o hablan otro idioma y cuando se intentan comunicar no están ni los manager para dar respuesta, pregunté a un trabajador que sabía ambos idiomas y me dijo que acá las personas que contrataron no son legalmente trabajadores, y a muchos de ellos ni les pagan el sueldo no se quien esté a cargo del personal pero que servicio tan obsoleto. Hello, good afternoon. I don't think it's a good idea to hold an event in this place. The workers don't respond as they should. Most of them don't understand or speak another language, and when you try to communicate, not even the managers are there to answer. I asked a worker who knew both languages, and he told me that the people they hired here aren't legally workers, and many of them don't even get paid. I don't know who is in charge of the staff, but what an obsolete service.
