1). Pay for parking- this hotel is not in a city and has amble parking places. It was a pain to pay fornparking when arriving atfter dark.
2). Room 402 has a bad Hvac unit, sounds like a ball bearing that makes screeching noises all night.
3) when tou get off elevators there no sign telling which rooms are down each side

I really enjoy staying here. The reason for the 4 star is, my last stay at check in and out the gentleman at the counter was stuck in his cell phone. He paid my wife and I absolutely no attention. When asked about coffee creamer his response with very minimal as if we were troubling him by making him look up from his cell phone. Other than that I would give a 5 star.

It was advertised as recently remodeled. I was expecting something a little nicer. You are required to pay to park. For a suburban location, I was very surprised. Room was clean, but common areas were not. Hallway and elevator did not show signs of being cleaned over multiple days. I will not stay again, and I frequent the area.

If zero stars were an option, I would have selected it. I travel frequently for work and stay at Hilton properties often. I am a Diamond member and have experienced many hotels across this company.. this was, by far, the worst experience I have ever had.
Upon arriving at the hotel, we immediately discovered that our first room was completely unacceptable. The king bed was visibly wet the moment we sat on it. As someone who is extremely particular about cleanliness, I used a black light and found stains not only across the mattress and sheets, but also on the sofa cushions. Not to mention the fact, located under the sleeper sofa was a pill bottle with multiple different pills inside. How did staff not notice something like that when cleaning? Talk about a safety hazard and how dangerous that could possibly be to be left around for anyone to have access to at this kid friendly establishment. It was beyond unsettling and frankly unacceptable for any hotel, especially a Hilton property.
To their credit, we were eventually relocated.. but not until 5:00 AM. By that time, the “solution” meant we would sleep for roughly five hours before needing to check out. We were offered an additional complimentary night and a dinner voucher as compensation.
At dinner, my husband and I each had one drink and our meals. We fully understood alcoholic beverages were not included in the voucher. When closing out, the employee told me I needed to pay and that it would be refunded upon checkout. I paid cash and left a generous tip, trusting what I was told.
The next morning at breakfast, I was told charges would instead be credited to the room and reflected at checkout - completely contradicting what I had been told the night before. When I brought this to the attention of the "guest services manager" Cody Rench, he said he needed time to review camera footage and would get back to me. After waiting over four hours - and having to repeatedly track him down myself... I was told that if I had a voucher, I “never should have paid” and that it must have been a “large tip.” Those were his exact words.
The voucher did not state anywhere in writing that if used it would be charged back to the room. Instead I relied on the instructions given by staff. Instead of accountability, I was met with defensiveness and dismissiveness. After hours of going in circles, with Cody, the situation escalated to the point where police were involved. Only then was the GM finally brought up to speed (nearly five hours later).
The lack of cleanliness was alarming. The communication between staff was nonexistent. The way this was handled was unprofessional and combative from start to finish.
As someone who stays at Hilton properties regularly and holds Diamond status, I have never experienced anything close to this level of incompetence and disregard.

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel (1/21-1/23). Upon arriving everything was fine. Nothing terrible, but nothing great. But in the middle of my first night I woke up with a migraine. I assumed it had to do with me being dehydrated (hotel rooms can always get hot). I left the next morning and my migraine almost instantly disappeared. Upon returning later than afternoon, my migraine returned almost immediately.
After looking around the room I noticed the windows were EXCEPTIONALLY dirty, and wet. Water was pooling in the heating/account until under the window and water was dripping down the inside of the windows on walls. Along with all this water was BLACK MOLD.
This is BEYOND unacceptable. Double Tree Guest Suites used to mean something. It's clear this hotel is old with a minor face lift. There was also something very large on the floor, UNDER the carpet. Making it risky to walk around without shoes on for fear of stepping on it or even kicking it as you walked by.
GROSS... stay at the LA Quinta across the street!!
