    Worst Hotel i have ever stayed in and I will stay their again. As a diamond member you think that management would have called about my concerns

    Rooms were infested with ladybugs. We actually complained about it they told there was nothing they can do it was ladybug season. However they do have people come out twice a year to spray which at that time did not help us.

    We stayed in a double queen room. The beds are on the smaller side. Looks more like a full than a queen. The room was clean and comfortable. The best part of our stay was the service. The front desk manager was so friendly. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant later that night. Natasha at the bar was delightful. We were the only ones there that night, she kept us company and talked with us until we left.

    The rooms are older and it shows. Although the room was clean, there was many signs of wear. The jetted tub had worn and missing lining, so it wasn't used.

    The staff is very nice and the homemade cookies are delicious. Our room was not great. The bathroom sink smelled terrible and the noises that our room made from the heater, to the toilet to the refrigerator kept us up at night. The gym was pretty subpar. One treadmill. Other things broken and weights missing. Very small. Location was good and bar was nice (bartenders were great). I would definitely look for another hotel next time I am here.
