We later found out that it happened to our friends as well. I called and was able to get the room back, but the rate was higher for the same exact room. Then, around check-in time, about an hour before we arrived, my card was charged. We stayed here last year and didn't have any problems. The lady at the front desk was nice. I would greatly appreciate this to be addressed and fixed.

Weekdays are pretty quiet while weekends do tend to be a tad bit louder due to more people going to and from their rooms. The one time we had a more than normal volume issue, the front desk got it taken care of quickly. Close to shopping like Walmart, Target, and Krogers. Lots of restaurants nearby as well. Quick access to the highway.

I needed to add someone to my reservation, a late check in, then a late checkout . Sabrina was pleasant and everything was seamless. I travel a lot, stay in a lot of hotels and rarely experience someone as welcoming and accommodating as Sabrina.
