    I had such a great experience staying at this hotel! I chose to celebrate both my birthday and the holidays here, and it honestly made the whole occasion feel extra special. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and perfect for a celebration. The staff was friendly and professional from check-in to checkout, always ready to help with anything I needed. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax and enjoy my stay. The hotel overall had a really nice energy it felt safe, cozy, and festive during the holiday season.

    The rooms are nice. They’re clean and the beds are pretty comfortable. I have everything you need for an extended stay at a hotel, full-size refrigerator Stove, cooktops, and dishwasher . They even have a bunch of extra items for use available down at the front desk, such as crockpots and air fryers and Panini press things of those nature. They also have free guest laundry . And all the staff have been very friendly and helpful. I did have one issue I checked into the hotel and then went and did some grocery shopping. I found returning to the hotel the freezer and the refrigerator. Neither were very cold, but they were on a low setting so I turned it up to a higher setting. Well several hours later going to get some ice cream before bed. I noticed that it wasn’t any colder at all when my ice cream had completely. I did send an email to the manager and someone from the front desk called me that night and was offering to switch rooms, but it was really late and I had to work early in the morning and at that point my ice cream had melted everything in the freezer started the to defrost and a lot of the food items in the refrigerator are starting to get gross so there was no point in switching that late at night. I called the next day and spoke with Michael a manager at the property and he listened to what I had to say. He was nothing but friendly and helpful through the entire situation upon returning to the hotel the refrigerator had been replaced as the old one was faulty. They left the items I had in the freezer and refrigerator for me to sort and dispose of what was bad and what was good and had a Walmart gift card waiting for me to cover the lost items. I was very upset at the beginning of this situation when I realized all the money I had spent on food, just went to waste, but in the end they managed to resolve the problem in a very quick timeframe. They definitely took responsibility and showed loyalty to their customer.

    We had an impromptu stay at this Candlewood location after our apartment arrangements fell through at the last minute. We stayed almost 3 full weeks. The staff is incredibly helpful and pleasant to work with. Manuel, at the front desk was always available and courteous with any questions or needs. The property is well kept and clean. The maintenance gentleman worked nonstop to keep the facility in nice condition. The location is very convenient to all things in the area. Our dog was welcome and felt comfortable in our room. Any necessities we needed in our room, bathroom and kitchen were provided. The laundry facility is convenient and complimentary. Additionally the workout area is small but enough for us during our stay. We would definitely recommend.
