  The rooms are nice. They’re clean and the beds are pretty comfortable. I have everything you need for an extended stay at a hotel, full-size refrigerator Stove, cooktops, and dishwasher . They even have a bunch of extra items for use available down at the front desk, such as crockpots and air fryers and Panini press things of those nature. They also have free guest laundry . And all the staff have been very friendly and helpful. I did have one issue I checked into the hotel and then went and did some grocery shopping. I found returning to the hotel the freezer and the refrigerator. Neither were very cold, but they were on a low setting so I turned it up to a higher setting. Well several hours later going to get some ice cream before bed. I noticed that it wasn’t any colder at all when my ice cream had completely. I did send an email to the manager and someone from the front desk called me that night and was offering to switch rooms, but it was really late and I had to work early in the morning and at that point my ice cream had melted everything in the freezer started the to defrost and a lot of the food items in the refrigerator are starting to get gross so there was no point in switching that late at night. I called the next day and spoke with Michael a manager at the property and he listened to what I had to say. He was nothing but friendly and helpful through the entire situation upon returning to the hotel the refrigerator had been replaced as the old one was faulty. They left the items I had in the freezer and refrigerator for me to sort and dispose of what was bad and what was good and had a Walmart gift card waiting for me to cover the lost items. I was very upset at the beginning of this situation when I realized all the money I had spent on food, just went to waste, but in the end they managed to resolve the problem in a very quick timeframe. They definitely took responsibility and showed loyalty to their customer.

  We had an impromptu stay at this Candlewood location after our apartment arrangements fell through at the last minute. We stayed almost 3 full weeks. The staff is incredibly helpful and pleasant to work with. Manuel, at the front desk was always available and courteous with any questions or needs. The property is well kept and clean. The maintenance gentleman worked nonstop to keep the facility in nice condition. The location is very convenient to all things in the area. Our dog was welcome and felt comfortable in our room. Any necessities we needed in our room, bathroom and kitchen were provided. The laundry facility is convenient and complimentary. Additionally the workout area is small but enough for us during our stay. We would definitely recommend.

  We informed them Wednesday that we were checking out Friday morning, however they still charged us for a extra day. We were informed by the front desk we would not be charged for Friday. There are other hotels that have better rooms and consistent service and don't rip you off

  We got this room last minute after an Airbnb proved unacceptable. Very pleasant staff, clean and spacious suite with a king bedroom. Very comfortable bed, good shower, quiet surroundings. Would book again on future visits to the area.

  Well what can I say about this hotel that is positive in any way. The card machine works fast and reliable to take your money when you swipe and the doors open perfectly when you leave, you cant get out of here fast enough. Located near a few restaurants and plenty of gas stations. Upon entering the Hotel you fine music blaring and check in to your right. Check in was fine, no dramatic things happened but you can feel the instant regret once you have checked in and you see the mouse traps behind the coffee machine which is located next to the ice machine and the snacks you can purchase if you are hungry, these traps are also in the laundry room/weight room. There are 3 washers and 4 dryers with one washer and one dryer not working. The elevators are very slow and the spray of lysol really adds to the sadness of this hotel. Upon leaving the elevator you are greeted by a wall. This hotel is very dated so be aware when you book here, there is no room to swing a cat when you exit the elevator, just a small little pathway before the main hall. Lighting in the hallways are dismal, fixtures are old and there is an odor. When entering the room you are greeted by a small 2 burner kitchen dishwasher, fridge freezer and some plates, pots and silverware, Beds and very worn and you sink in the middle. We did call and ask for none feather pillows and also added this to our reservation due to allergies when we arrived there were 5 feather pillows on the beds. Tossed them out of the room called for no feather pillows 3 hrs later called again, 1 hr later when to see what is going on to be then told they had none on hand, then I'm thinking well the hotel is not full take from there rooms, which he did. Problem resolved. The kitchen is small, 3 cupboards with nothing in all plated bowls and glasses shoved into one cupboard. Silverware in the cupboard below. The fridge/freezer worked fine. Rust on the freezer rack. Outside of the fridge was stains on the outside and the handle was grimey which had not been cleaned and some disgusting stuff on the outside of the fridge down at the bottom. The microwave handle was also grimey and had not been cleaned. To use the burners you need to turn the timers in order to use the burners. This was also dirty and had not been cleaned. We needed a pan to fry food, we had to go down stairs to get a frying pan, there is also an area next to the ice machine with items you can borrow, toaster oven, waffle maker boardgames and so on. The main room had a dresser in, sofa, small table, coffee table and 2 chairs. The sofa looked like it was found on the street and brought inside, cushions were flat and no one was allowed to touch the sofa, No lights in the ceiling and the only way to light the rooms was standing lamps in the corners and one in the bedroom. The tv’s are old and have no apps, you are unable to cast anything, controllers are slow to change the channels which are also limited on what you can watch. WIFI comes and goes needless to say dial up is better. Housekeeping is nonexistent; we never saw anyone cleaning anything. So in conclusion to the horrid review this is a One time only hotel, I will never stay here again even if they paid me. Go to this place at your own risk.
