Was put in room 217, the TV did not work. We did get moved to another room with a working TV. The room was very worn out. The desk chair was very worn and flaky. The room has a ”smart” thermostat that turns off when it doesn’t detect any movement in the room. This included while sleeping. I woke up many times sweating because the air conditioner was off until it detected movement. Pans in the kitchen did not look clean. Carpet was dirty. No management on site. Other reviewers also complained about non-working TV and the lie that there is an airport shuttle. I would not recommend this hotel.

As we stepped onto the third floor there was a broken beer bottle (which was there the next morning). Our room had a stale smell of smoke, there was ZERO soap anywhere (I'm glad I had packed a travel soap) and the mattress was, and I'm being serious, the oldest, most uncomfortable mattress that I've ever slept on. Worst hotel experience I've ever had.
