    1. I’m an IHG Platinum Elite member and have stayed at many IHG hotels over the years. This one was the worst. 3. Booking confirmation showed the shuttle to the airport was running but the claimed it was broken down. 2. I booked this online at least 1 week in advance for two Queen beds. The first room we were given only had one bed so we had to go back down and get another room. The second room was two full beds. I again went back to the front desk and she told me sorry we don’t have any rooms with two queen beds available. She was not helpful at all. She wrote down a phone number of the manager and said she’d let the manager know. We checked out this morning but haven’t heard from anyone. 3. The room had a really bad odor and was not in good condition. The tub was old and rusted. The bathroom door would not shut all the way. Pictures attached

    ⸻ My experience at this hotel was not good. The bed is in very poor condition; the wires can be felt and they hurt when lying down, which makes it very uncomfortable. Also, the dishwasher does not work properly, and the water has a very bad smell.

    Rooms are big enough with kitchen. Flooring is little weak, little bit embarrassing if some one walk above the room.
