The rooms personally were okay but I did not mind it as much like the others but the service?? amazing top notch the, Carie such a sweet and adorable soul! helped me with everything with a bright smile and front desk manager, diyaan, also a very humble, sweet and funny guy helped us out if we were in need of things and help with any sort of thing. Absolutely heart warming people are diyaan and carie. Hoping to see them again when I pay my visit here again!

Upon entering our room, we found the toilet seat falling off of the toilet, toilet paper holder broken and mildew in several locations in the shower. To make matters worse, someone had intentionally poured a clear gel on the shelf and placed the drinking glasses rim side down in the gel. Was not noticed until attempted to drink from the glass. All of these items should have been identified by a housekeeper if they actually cleaned the room. IHG and hotel manager should be ashamed. The hotel is less than 3 years old!

I tried to call the front desk using the phone and the damn phone was broke. They gave us another room and it smelled like someone smoked in it and only had 1 wash cloth. I regret not just sleeping on my mother's floor. This place is a hell naw for me!!!!
