  Overall not bad, but not as nice as Marriott Courtyard or Holiday Inn Express we've stayed at recently. Beds were comfortable. Room was nice overall. WIFI NEVER worked in our room although it did work in lobby. Bathroom floor was funky in the corners especially behind the door. Bathtub was slow to drain...by the end of my shower I was ankle deep in standing water. Breakfast room very crowded.

  I have stayed in a lot of hotels and this one was pretty bad. The photos must of been when the hotel was still new. Trying to find the road leading to it was hard to find in the dark since they had a small unlit sign at the end of the road. The room was big but the bed was hard, the bathroom sink was also in the bedroom and separate from the shower and toilet, they were in a room barley big enough to turn around in, the light switch for the bathroom was outside of the room and they didn't provide any shampoo or conditioner. They had a large tv but unless you want to watch sports or news no other listed channels on the on-screen guide like food network, Travel or Discovery channels came in. The floor in the room was extremely dirty, just walking around in the room our socks and feet turned black. House keeping needs to use some soap and a mop on the floors. The breakfast was a joke, They had a pancake machine that didn't work, coffee was very week, The fake eggs and sausage was inedible and there were so many people in the breakfast room that we got stepped on multiple times and all the tables were full with people just sitting there not eating or drinking waiting for a bus or something so we had to take our inedible food to our room. I have put this hotel on my black list so I never stay here again.

  I recently stayed here and paid $99 for one night, plus a $100 hold. While the bed itself was comfortable and I was able to get some rest, there were several issues that were very disappointing. The biggest concern was that there was no hot water in the shower. The sink had hot water, but the shower did not, which made it impossible to shower comfortably. Additionally, the shower head was broken, and the refrigerator in the room had a noticeable odor. For nearly $100 a night, basic amenities like hot water and properly maintained fixtures should not be an issue. I’m not someone who complains easily, but these are fundamental expectations when booking a hotel stay. I hope management addresses these concerns for future guests!!!

  Stayed here for a week for a work trip. My boss messed up and booked 1 less night than my crew thought, that was mainly his fault this happened but the issue I had could have been avoided. Because we thought we were booked another night we left all of our belongings in the room for the day. The hotel packed up our clothes and decided to throw out all of our food in the room fridge and all of our toiletries items. I had a $500 prescription medication that they threw in the trash. When I asked the front desk guy, he checked with room service people and they said they threw out our stuff to the dumpster and they couldn’t do anything for us. I literally had to rummage through the dumpster to get some of my stuff back. Why pack some of our stuff but not everything? I had my glasses on the bathroom vanity, they packed that in my bag but everything else on the bathroom vanity was trashed. I actually found my medication after digging in the dumpster for 30 minutes. I lost at least $100+ of food and toiletry items.
