After checking out, we noticed an extra $84 charge on our bill. When we called to ask about it, the front desk could not explain what the charge was for. I would not recommend staying here.

Tried the shower early the next morning no hot water but we were leaving on a long drive so we washed quickly in cold water. At the desk we were told no HOT WATER since 2 days before! “It’s a holiday weekend and that’s just the way it is”!! The hard to understand woman at the desk said that with a smile!! Sticky, dirty floors in the room makes sense now! AAA diamond rated. This place is gross! Don’t stay here!

What I did, grab my own peice of biscuit and throw it away after I touched it by mistake.. she told me with an attitude, we don't do that, talking down at me with a breakfast room full of people.. I apologized and she didn't care, she started cursing me out under her voice. I told her I will make a complaint, and she just laughed.. I told her keep cursing, as I left the room embarrassed and unable to get my breakfast. Maybe the most ignorant worker I've ever met.. I will make sure we don't come here again.

Breakfast was minimal, only one elevator working, no housekeeping over the weekend, ripped sheet on bed, furniture very uncomfortable but the mattress was good. It might be good for a cheap, one night stay but certainly not for 5 nights.
