    The WiFi was so slow, it wouldn't even load the splash page on a Fire TV. Could not even stream YouTube video, pathetic. Furthermore, the room was filthy with hair all over the bathroom and trash behind the chair. Gross lousy housekeeping. The front desk personal were friendly at least. I would overlook the mess if the WiFi wasn't so poor. I won't be back.

    Most of the staff was very polite and nice. Not so much for the gentleman with the wise mouth and attitude who checked us in. Had it been the price they had on google, I wouldn't have complained. When it was all said and done, it was nearly double that.... If you do stay there and you're in the shower and the water pressure dies off to nothing, stand back. In a minute or two when it comes back, it will be cold. AND PLEASE BE CAREFUL!! When they say pet friendly, they're telling you not to hurt their roaches in the bathroom, of which I included pictures......

    I stayed here as a pitstop on my way to OBX. The location was great right off 64 and lots of stores and restaurants just down the road. The staff was friendly at check-in but a little absent minded as they asked for my ID but almost forgot to give it back after check-in. The distance from the hotel to the parking lot is a bit long and uphill so if you have lots of luggage like me it makes it tough. The room itself was very spacious and clean when I arrived my only real complaint is that the bed was very uncomfortable and felt like sleeping on cardboard boxes. I like a firm bed but this was ridiculous. The couch and chair were very worn down and overused as well. The rest of the room was great. The kitchen had everything I needed and worked great.

    Disgusting hotel!!!! Please do NOT stay here!!! Hair all over bath tubs and towels. Silverware and dishes were clearly soiled. Staff was not helpful at all when we addressed these concerns. We needed an extra blanket and were told they didn't have anymore! Awful awful experience.

    Large room and comfortable beds after a long day of travel. Natroy at the front desk was very helpful! She got us the extra linens we needed and was very friendly the whole time! She was very nice!
