    we stayed here one nightwe has a great time the staff was great the only ptoblem i had that i feel i should mention was the smell in the hall forrhe price of the hotel they could invest in some air freshiner in the hall but outher than that we had a great time

    Denise was extremely kind, accommodating, helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable! We pulled off the I-95 after driving all night and she welcomed us with a smile! Out stay is perfect for our need. Clean room & comfortable bed!

    Our first room couldn’t connect the TV to the WiFi… after spending 35 minutes on the phone with customer support which the front desk gave us, still no luck. They changed our rooms and the new room stunk like mildew and cheese and the TV still didn’t work! The floors were sticky, we couldn’t take our shoes off and the final straw was bugs in the bathroom. Don’t stop at here….

    This hotel truly met Best Western standards as far as indoor appearance, cleanliness and staff. Nigel was very courteous to a group checking in in front of us. When I stepped forward he was attentive and addressed all my needs. The room was clean and quiet. The Victory Bar and Grill was very welcoming. Angela was friendly, attentive and informative. The food was true comfort food. The hours state open till 9 pm. But they do not close the doors at 9. Very relaxing. The continental breakfast is complimentary the seating area is large. We will be staying again!

    I requested for my reservation to be canceled on Saturday, March 21st, and was informed that it had been taken care of. However, it appears that the reservation was not actually canceled by the staff and was charged.
