  Decent place decent breakfast decent rooms but No one was at the desk from 2p until 3p while people waited Employees were congregating around breakfast serving area eating and leaving their food plates on food service counters Someone is shampooing carpet outside my room at 10am. It's loud and could've waited until after checkout. Im guessing they will see this review and not actually care because it's obvious caring is not something the emphasize here. Would not recommend.

  Our room was clean and comfortable. Television was basic and lacked the ability to connect your own streaming services. Breakfast was decent. The staff was helpful and friendly. It was a great hotel for the price and I would stay there again.

  Good location, right near city. Lord help the people who don’t know how to put a bedsheet on the bed. And help the sickly lady who checked us into the hotel and wiped her snot on my cards at a snail pace.

  Front desk staff seem like he had a better place to be. He was on his video conversation constantly. I gave him a card for the charges and incidental and he charged my debit card on file, when I told him he charged the wrong card, he proceeded to swap the cards in the system and ended up with two charges, one on each card with the promise that the credit would take 24 hours to go back to my card. Room was not ready missing a fridge and microwave, flooring was coming up and there were gaps throughout. A different room was offered with better conditions, but had to beg for extra shampoo, towels and toilet paper. The shower curtain was too short for the opening so water goes everywhere, puddle of water outside the tub which is probably leaking into the room below. No exhaust in the bathroom so if you shower with hot water everything fogs up and the moisture is the cause of all the black mold in the bathroom ceiling. We had a reservation for 3 nights for 2 adults and 2 children and had to extend it an extra night due to work. The supplies in the room were barely enough for 1 night and 1 person. I'm really disappointed and dissatisfied with this stay and will probably never stay here ever again. The only good thing was the coffee.

  As an initial point, the pictures online are deceiving. This is arguably one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Very outdated facilities. They post updated pictures of the rooms to make them look nice online, but the minute you step into the room you soon realize you were duped. They updated the rooms with cheap material, and it just looks nice online only. The room was relatively clean, but the rest of the hotel was disgusting and outdated. I did not feel comfortable sitting in any other part of the hotel. I did not try their food because I was so disgusted with the rest of the hotel that I did not have the stomach to even eat their food. That said, when I arrived, they advised me that they gave my room away and blamed it on a computer glitch. So I did not have two beds, despite the fact that I had reserved the room weeks in advance. Second, they did not give me any sleeping pillows. I had 4 decorative pillows for the duration of my entire 3 night stay. I asked for pillows, and they said they do not have any additional pillows because they were booked solid. After 2 days I asked for some new towels, and they said they did not have any additional towels. This time they blamed the commercial washer not working properly. I do not blame the workers, as they were actually very nice indivudals. So it was hard getting mad at them. But this hotel needs to be removed from the Best Western portfolio. Not like Best Western is great to begin with, but this hotel made it so that I never stay at a Best Western again. Absolutely horrible experience. Do not stay here.
