  Clean and a good location. You can tell it was newly remodeled, however, the doors between the room and the hallway left something to be desired. You could tell they were older and not updated, I could see a crack and look straight out into the hallway at the bottom of our door. I pulled a chair in front of it for the night which took care of the issue but still was a bit of a security concern. The two ladies we interacted with that worked there were great though! A decent breakfast as well.

  I had the worst experience tonight .. we made a reservation and paid for it and I don’t know if they were over booked they had us in the lobby waiting for an hour with no answers .. the two lobby attendants were clueless and kept laughing , I was exhaustedddd .. and they couldnot help us at all but took our money ..

  We stayed at this hotel for about a week (we actually ended up leaving 2 days earlier) for a family vacation. The room itself was decent. The bed mattresses were super soft which caused our backs to hurt, but it was a safe, clean place to sleep so we were grateful. However, there were MANY issues with our stay... 1. The swimming pool was FREEZING (like hypothermic-inducing temps) and we reported it to the front desk who said they'd get a repair guy in to work on it, but we never were able to use the pool for the entirety of the stay. This was one main reason we got this hotel, the indoor pool. :( 2. The wifi did NOT work for the entirety of our stay. We had to use our hotspots and other means of internet while we were here. 3. One of the TVs in our room (we got a Queen suite, it was the TV in the area by the couch) did NOT work. It had lines running across the screen. Both TVs didn't have HDMI hookups and weren't updated to accommodate usage of them. 4. The first person who checked us in was nice. But after that, many of the up front ladies were rude, dismissive, and seemed to be annoyed with the fact that any humans around them existed. The older gentleman, although slow, was very kind. 5. The breakfast left something to be desired. Although the lady faithfully made the food and we are grateful, the menu for the entire Mon-Friday week DID. NOT. CHANGE. Not even a little. And I get it, it's inconvenient or maybe not cost-effective to the hotel to put out different breakfast food but on the weekends, however, I think you forget that people paying for weeklong vacation slots will be there during the week and a little accommodation for that would be appreciated, since that's the majority of the time spent at the hotel. The eggs (especially the omelets) were dry and burnt the majority of the time. However, I do appreciate that there was some accommodation for vegetarians and non-pork eaters with the turkey sausage and the veggie omelets. I also appreciated that this hotel provided almond milk for those who don't drink cow milk. So, if you need a clean, safe place to rest your head, this is your spot! But if you desire any of the amenities to be in decent working order, or to be treated by staff kindly, this place is a big hit or miss.

  I had a good stay here except for the fact that I had to wait 45 minutes to checkout. the front desk employee who told me I was checked out and would get a receipt in the morning, did not check me out or give me a receipt. The phone number on google maps is disconnected, the phone number on their website goes to someone in an office somewhere who couldn’t less. Don’t stay here.
