I went down stairs to get some of the breakfast and asked the very nice lady cleaning where the trash can was? She replied you're looking at it and then sighed. I then walked over to the desk to buy a diet coke. The lady at the front desk says "what do you want" I replied to buy this? She then called me up to the counter to set it on the counter and says "it's 2.62 though " in the angriest voice I've ever heard I was like ok???🤣 Then asked me AGAIN what I wanted to do with it I replied AGAIN I want to buy this. Then angrily told me to "wait my turn when she was the one who called me to the counter to begin with? The showers also have mold in it

I called ahead of potentially booking with them, only to be greeted by someone making excuses as to why the phone wasn't working? "The ringer was off, or I just looked down and saw the light flashing." Dude, really? Your ringer shouldn't be turned off in the first place!!! And then they asked me to proceed with my question because they were busy? Too busy to accommodate any and all guests or future guests? I asked my question that I needed info for, and they answered but not before saying they didn't hear or understand me...and I speak really good english...it's not like I'm a foreigner!! Needless to say, based on this phone experience, I will NOT be booking this hotel. Ever. Bad service all around and I didn't even STAY there! Sad. What has guest services come to these days?! (Note: called 5 times and it just kept ringing and ringing and ringing!)
