    This is the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been in, The sheets are brownish yellow with blood stains. The toilet seat and back are stained yellow, gross. No extra blanket to be had. Carpeting is stained in several areas and the room smells of nicotine. I won’t be staying at another hotel in this chain and will be quitting my rewards program. The bar of soap to wash your hands with is microscopic. Pinholes through all the drapes as if something has been eating the material. Shame on you IH.G for accepting this hotel as your standard!

    What. A. Dump. First room we got assigned had a plunger outside the door when we got there. Went in and was hit in the face with what felt like a bleach bomb. Got the room reassigned and was still a total dump. They price gouged the rooms by at least 60% too because of the sporting event happening. The breakfast was a joke and fell in line with subpar quality. You can take my word for it or go check it out yourself. Genuinely a dumpppp.

    We had no problems at all while staying here. The property is due for a full upgrade. It looks as it's starting to get a upgrade. We will definitely stay here again.

    I just stayed at this location second week of April 2026, this place is in DIRE need of renovationS. First of all there was bugs in the room, moths, water bugs. Second the TV was from 1990's and whatever satellite you it hooked up to should be removed fades in and out. I'm not coming back to this location, VERY DISAPPOINTED whoever is the licensed owner should be ASHAMED for representing the IHG BRAND this way.

    This particular hotel seems to be going through a bit of renovation. The staff was very friendly. Did not stay long enough to check out breakfast. Room was clean. Hotel close to a restaurant if you wish to walk for dinner. Otherwise DoorDash is an option.
