The hotel accommodations are clean, organized, and inexpensive. The beds are comfortable in our room with clean and organized. This hotel offers complementary coffee in the lobby, the Nestlé coffee machine. The coffee is so delicious cappuccino white chocolate mocha latte you name it. It was extremely delicious. The staff went above and beyond because we had checked out at 12 PM and we decided that we were going to watch the football game in the lobby. However, when my husband decided it was time to leave, I completely forgot my book bag in the lobby on the floor to the side of the sofa where I was sitting at. I didn’t realize I left my book bag there until I got home 4-hours later when I checked my truck to unload and I couldn’t find my backpack I called the hotel & the staff indicated that they would ship my book bag to my address. That was something that I did not expect. I’m extremely grateful! I did receive my backpack. Thank you so much again for all of your hospitality. We will definitely return in the near future.

Chauna was incredible! She made our stay a thousand times better by making sure we had everything we needed. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and taken care of. 10/10 — we’ll definitely be returning because of her!

Pros: excellent front desk staff; clean room; pancakes and waffles at breakfast buffet
Cons: flimsy plastic utensils at breakfast; sausage was like shoe leather; horrible beds - Our 2 queen room had metal bases around the beds and metal springs in place of a boxspring or platform. They were like beds you'd find in a prison! The metal made noise every time we moved.

First of all , the ladies at the front desk were welcoming and delightful! I give them 5 stars . All of them were friendly & had a smile on their face . They helped with any request and were informative . Honestly the nicest people I have encountered at any hotel .
There is a coffee machine available ( for free) in the lobby . That was a nice touch & appreciated after traveling !
The rooms were very clean , linens seemed fresh . The rooms were outdated with very old bathrooms with the lowest toilet bowl . No hair dryer although my friends room had one . They used a scented cleaner that was very potent and the strong smell ligered in the room all night . I was happy the room was clean but for $200 with taxes it was quite a hike for the weekend . When I checked other days the rate was in the 80 dollar range . This hotel is not even close to a $200 a night comfort inn . For a Best Western plus ...this didn't meet the standard of other hotels with the plus that are also Best Westerns . The door to the room was difficult to open and close . So much so, that you had to pull it very hard or slam it to close it . I find this to be very detrimental. It made a loud scraping noise which didn't help with a good nights sleep
. Breakfast was the usual buffet style . Sausage was dry . The dining room was clean . Beds were ok , not uncomfortable , just ok . There was plenty of parking . I advise if you are walking at night from the hotel to any restaurant nearby that you take your car . We saw some people that did not make us feel comfortable hanging by the woods near the hotel . The hotel is set back and kind of isolated from the strip of restaurants. It's off a major highway . We needed a hotel that didn't allow pets and this fit the bill . But other than that , I would have scouted out other places nearby for a one night stay . This wasn't my favorite hotel by any means . Won't be returning !
