- DDDestiny DuhartApr 17, 20264.0Overall, an amazing NEW hotel! The location is great and close to plenty of food and shopping options. The room (double queen) was spacious and had everything we needed. The free breakfast and Happy Hour were really nice. Laundry facility was top tier and FREE! There were 2 faulty fuses (one actually blew) in the room which left us with no overhead lighting, no TV, and 2 unusable lamps + various outlets. It was reported to the front desk a few times but was not fixed during my stay. Bathroom was nice and the shower was huge. I wish there were more hooks in the bathroom for towels and more water pressure in the shower. The room was well maintained and daily housekeeping was a plus. A few missed days but they’d always collect the trash if it was placed outside. The indoor pool was also a major plus, especially with the frequent weather variations. Towels were available as well for guest use. The outdoor patio area was beautiful and very functional. I saw people out there many nights. Front desk folks were always friendly and helpful throughout my stay no matter the time of day. Aside from the electrical issues, this hotel would definitely be at the top of my list to stay again in the area.

Hotel is near several food restaurants and the Outlet Mall which is convenient. One thing to note: the hotel will charge your credit card in advance prior to arrival. Upon check in, you have to secure a $75 dollar incidental fee. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Markeese and Courtney most exceptional. Would be nice if IHG could get elevator 1 functioning again..brand new elevator..not working
