  BEAUTIFUL BRAND NEW HOTEL!!! Five stars all the way! The service, the staff, the cleanliness, and the overall experience were outstanding. I will definitely be a repeat guest and will recommend the hotel to everyone I know.

  Our check-in was not so quick because the front desk staff were extremely informative and continued helping other guests (on phone and in person) while we were checking in. The room was spacious however I question cleanliness since there was a plate of food leftover in the fridge by a previous guest and crumbs in various areas of the carpet around the room. The hotel staff was quick to come up and take care of the food. Everything else looked clean. There's limited TV channels and it takes the internet some time to catch up if you are scrolling channels. The channels are scrambled until the internet catches up and shows what is supposed to be on the TV channel.

  This hotel opened a month ago, so everything is nice and brand new. All the staff that we interacted with were very friendly. Rooms were huge, clean, and well decorated. Amenities included 24/7 fitness center, pool, free laundry - all common areas were exceptionally clean and well maintained. I was surprised that the complimentary breakfast was quite a bit better than what you usually get at an IHG hotel. The maple glazed sweet potatoes were super tasty & this was the first IHG hotel that I have visited that has had a soda fountain. The stay was a 10/10 for me. I'll definitely be staying here whenever I visit the HR area again.

  I spent a 3-night weekend at this hotel, booked via Priceline. When I arrived the lady at the desk struggled to check me in, she eventually said she needed my card for incidentals, so it was run. That evening, I noticed on my bank app that there was a pending charge for the full weekend room amount. I stopped at the desk in the morning and explained what happened and the Front Office Manager was contacted and said to have handled it and the reversal would post within 5 business days. I was reassured this was being handled. Now, two weeks later the money has still not been returned to my account. I have called and talked with Courtney, the Front Office Manager who has assured me that it was refunded back to my card and that it must be a bank problem. I have talked with my bank numerous times who have all said there was no reversal attempt ever made and they wouldn't hold one up if there was. I'm trusting my bank on this one. Very very frustrated with how this has been handled by the hotel, as they have not at all been helpful. Overall, I loved the hotel and my stay. I will be traveling again to this area and was excited to find a hotel I liked so much, but now I am very very hesitant to ever return as this has turned into such an ordeal. My bank is doing a dispute on the charge, which can take up to 90 days, but suggested I continue to try to get the hotel to process the return properly as that would be much quicker. Currently waiting on a call back from someone above Courtney - but not holding my breath.

  I stayed in two different rooms during my time there. First it was the king studio and everything was amazing! The front desk associates were friendly and helpful, especially Tanika. I enjoyed my two day stay so much, I extended my trip and asked to be moved to a one bedroom king so that my mom could join me. In this room the stove wasn’t working and I communicated this to one of the front desk associates early in the morning, who put in a memo for it to be fixed, but it wasn’t fixed before my stay ended. The bathrooms don’t have any hooks to hang your towels or hand towels on. My throat was a little scratchy, not sure if the air was dry or what the issue was. The complimentary breakfast was great each day. The location is great; there’s food in walking distance and the outlets can also be walked to. The complimentary use of the washer and dryer was also amazing. If I could give 4.5 stars instead of 4 I would, my only gripe is that the stove wasn’t fixed before I left as I brought light groceries to cook. Rooms were clean.
