  My room was nice and clean. Bed was comfy. There was a mini fridge which was nice, but no coffee maker, and no microwave. They do have complimentary coffee and the front desk available 24 hours a day, and there's also a microwave for guests to use there also. I give it 4 stars because I'd prefer to be able to have my morning coffee when I first wake up while in my pj's instead of having to get dressed and walk to the hotel front desk for it. No microwave in the room is an inconvenience as well. Other than that, my stay was good and staff is friendly. They do offer free breakfast. Mostly cereals, instant oatmeal and muffins.

  My friend and I stayed here for the weekend. We checked in and the staff was not welcoming at all. The lady wearing a purple hat and sweater made us feel like we were bothering her. By the time we got settled and ready to go out we were greeted by Ms. Nelly she changed the entire atmosphere, she let us know that coffee is served all day, she told us where breakfast would be and the times. We were always greeted if Ms. Nelly was at the desk. During checkout there was the lady with the purple hat acting like we were annoying her. Being in this type of job you have to use your best customer service skills. You can’t act as if we are bothering you, this is a job that you interviewed for so you should do better giving great service. Again Kudos to Ms Nelly!!!

  A basic hotel with everything you need for an overnight stay. Efficient staff. Very clean. Plenty of free parking. Loved the charging stations on the nightstands.

  We stayed 6 days! The first room had a smoke smell, but was given another room. One bath towels had a lot of hair like hair from a man shaving. Another towel wasn't white and stains! We just threw them on the floor to be picked up the next day. They didn't replace the toilet tissue or the Kleenex box the first couple of days (half used or filled). Had to go to the front desk to get replacements. The tub wasn't cleaned after a couple of days. And whoever they had over our room during the weekend around 10pm and 3am was a lot of bumping and stumping. The continental breakfast (no meat) was ok, but we brought breakfast meat (microwavable) from the Food Lion. I had two other family members staying. I don't know if they will submit a review. Only thing I can say about this hotel is the location is close to a Food Lion and CVS. You say why not change hotel? It was included in a bundle, assuming I had a good deal after reading the reviews. And what's up with tip signs in the rooms? When you can't get good service. We won't be staying again.
