  The hotel was exactly where I needed it to be for my activities for the weekend. I was there. I had a reservation, but when I got to the hotel, there was limited rooms so I picked a room on the third floor away from the elevator. I'm not sure anyone had been in this room for a while because the tub stopper was on the side of the tub surrounded in red stained what looked like hard water stain And dark hair around the stopper There was also long brown hair on the tile floor in the bathroom and some substance to the right of the switch in the bathroom. I'm not sure what it was. I wasn't about to touch it thank goodness for night lights. The girl that checked me in was pleasant The girl that checked me out, made a note of what I had to complain about, but offered nothing I didn't stay for breakfast because I wasn't about to eat anything that was made in that building I did enjoy my weekend so the hotel allowed me to stay overnight. And there was plenty of parking (by the way, I have gray hair so this is definitely not my hair)

  Disappointed with the service. I had to leave my stay a day early due to the storms back in January that would have otherwise extended my trip by up to a week due to airline closure. I didn't want a refund for the one night, just for it to be credited to my next stay as I plan on being in the area again in March. Instead of working with me, I just got a flat no, and was told to call Hilton corporate. Corporate said the only people that could give a courtesy is the hotel them selves. They were within their rights, but I am a Hilton Diamond member of about 3 years now, I stay with Hilton regularly for business trips so I was hoping for more.

  WOW! Where do I start? Everything was absolutely amazing. Open parking lot (yes it is included too) and amazing receptionist Nelly. When we walked in she greeted us after a long drive, provided us with options of cookies, and provided us quality customer service care while checking in. Everything was explained and the lobby was beautifully homey and clean. I enjoyed that the elevator was close by and the room was spectacular. Best beds, comfort rooms, my name on the TV (big plus), the shower spacious and comfy. What more can you ask for? Definitely recommend this hotel for a nice chill stay. Breakfast also included :)

  Location is close to the airport and other attractions. The staff was not very friendly and often no one was there to man the front desk. The room was never cleaned even though they came in to give us new towels. We were there for four nights. The fridge in the room makes a lot of noise. The room is very small with barely enough room to walk between the bed and the desk/tv stand. There is only one small table between the beds with barely enough room for a CPAP machine and phone chargers. The breakfast consists of yogurt, cereal, bread, bagels, and boiled eggs. For the price, it is not worth it.
