  If 0 stars was an option that's what I would put. We checked in to our room to find food in the fridge. Pubes in the toilet and shower and a foul odor of Marijuana which I reported to the front desk. Then I checked out and get charged a smoking fee because the room smelt like Marijuana. I called the hotel and told them I had already told the previous receptionist that the smell was already in the room. Staff was very rude so I called Hilton directly to resolve. I've been hung up on and talked to in a very negative way by the hotel staff. Save your self and stay somewhere else. Management told me to reach out but receptionist refuses to let me talk to the manager.

  I had an GREAT stay! It was a one nighter, but this hotel was perfect. Easy to locate, I arrived after 9pm. The parking area was well lit, I felt safe parking my car there. I used the app to check in and create a digital key as I knew it would be late when I arrived. The lady at the front desk was welcoming and offered to make a physical key, but I declined as it was a short trip. The hotel was very clean the staff was amazing and very friendly. As I was leaving one of the staffers was on the hall preparing to clean room and went ahead and pushed the elevator button for me so that it would be there when I made it to the end of the hallway. A small gesture, but it was much appreciated!! The room was super clean, smelled great and everything looked fresh! No issues. You can tell it’s recently renovated and I appreciated that. I come down to Norfolk every once in a while and will definitely keep this hotel on my list of places to stay!

  Me hospedé durante tres días y mi experiencia fue excelente. La habitación estaba impecable, cómoda y muy bien cuidada, ofreciendo todo lo necesario para una estadía relajante. El desayuno superó mis expectativas: variado, fresco y con un servicio excepcional. Sin duda, un hotel que destaca por su calidad y atención al detalle. Lo recomiendo plenamente y no dudaría en regresar.

  My room was nice and clean. Bed was comfy. There was a mini fridge which was nice, but no coffee maker, and no microwave. They do have complimentary coffee and the front desk available 24 hours a day, and there's also a microwave for guests to use there also. I give it 4 stars because I'd prefer to be able to have my morning coffee when I first wake up while in my pj's instead of having to get dressed and walk to the hotel front desk for it. No microwave in the room is an inconvenience as well. Other than that, my stay was good and staff is friendly. They do offer free breakfast. Mostly cereals, instant oatmeal and muffins.
