  I chose this hotel for the location. Being close to the airport made travel stress-free, and while the surrounding area is kinda spread out, there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and activities within a short drive. The staff were very attentive and friendly, which was a plus. Customer service isn’t the same these days, so it was refreshing to experience.

  Needed overnight stay after picking up partner at airport from late night flight. Hotel is less than 10 minutes from airport. Close and convenient. Very impressed with service. Great service from Avery. Really liked room. This would be really great for longer stay since there is full kitchenette with sink, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, dishes, cutlery, etc. You could hear a plane now and then but absolutely not loud enough to disturb me and I get easily annoyed by noises. I slept without any noise issues. I always pack ear plugs just in case and had no need for them here. Room was clean. I wouldn't say "spotless" but had no concerns. Morning breakfast options were great - waffles, eggs, bacon, biscuits, etc. - all the usuals plus some nice mini quiche and even mini fried chicken cutlets. Parking was adequate. Overall impressed.

  Very clean room and super comfy bed. The staff at the front desk was great when there was a mistake with our bill. They fixed it quickly and were very friendly to work with. Nice and close to the airport, too! Highly recommend this hotel!

  This place has great amenities and a good breakfast I would have given a 5star rating except I had to call 📞 the desk twice because I was awaken by a dog running 🏃‍♀️ and playing on the floor above my head dogs should be on the first floor where they won't disturb other people and not on the upper floors where they can disturb people trying to sleep

  Stayed at Home2 Suites Norfolk Airport for a business trip, and from the moment I walked in, things were off to a good start. The front desk greeted me kindly, my room was ready, and I didn’t have to perform the classic lobby‑loiter shuffle while waiting for a key 😄. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. I was on the third floor and expected to hear road noise, hallway traffic, or at least one mysterious thump from the room above… but nope. Peaceful. Restful. Almost suspiciously quiet 😂. The bed was comfortable, and the heating/AC worked exactly as it should — no arctic blasts or surprise sauna moments. Amenities were solid: • A standard hot/cold breakfast with plenty of options 🍳 • A clean, well‑maintained pool (I didn’t use it, but it looked inviting) 🏊‍♂️ • Ice machines that were actually clean — a rare hotel miracle ❄️ • A fitness room where Jim (the gym 😆) treated me well for a quick workout I did run into one hiccup: my shower decided it wanted to share its water with the floor… and apparently the room below. Maintenance jumped on it quickly, though. They coordinated a time to re‑caulk the shower while I was out for the day, kept me updated, and handled everything professionally. Honestly, the communication made the whole situation painless. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay. Clean room, quiet environment, friendly staff, and responsive maintenance — all wins in my book.
