    I’m visiting more frequent now that the service here is exceptionally well. I do enjoy James as he’s the oyster guy at the oyster bar. I definitely will be visiting again. Perfect stay and great happy hour!

    The stay was lovely but the real star is Saltine! James was our oyster man and was absolutely amazing! We didn't even want to try any other restaurants in the area after having the oysters and shrimp for happy hour.

    I booked a two night stay at this hotel because I wasn’t sure of my arrival time and arriving at 4 PM was not going to work for me. I realized if I booked the room the day before as well I will be able to have roses delivered because it was Valentine’s Day and I could arrive at whatever time I wanted to on Valentine’s Day. I called her front desk today before and arranged to have flowers put in my room when they were delivered on Friday, which was the day before Valentine’s Day when I arrived to the front desk at 8 o’clock in the morning on Valentine’s Day, I was informed that my room had been canceled and my flowers. They had no idea where they were when I asked why would you do that these I told the front desk that I would be arriving and I wasn’t sure of the arrival time and please put the flowers in the room. Well they have notes of the flowers, but they told me they had no other notes because I booked my room through a third-party. I was perplexed. How did you know to put the flowers in my room if you had no notes because I booked through a third-party I talked to the front desk personally so I know that there should have been notes attached to my room. They eventually found my flowers and straightened out the cancellation with my room. The flowers looked haggard, like they had been thrown away and then put back together. I was not happy. On Valentine’s Day at midnight The room next to me started arguing. I gave them about an hour to cool down before I called the front desk. I called the front desk for the next hour. Nobody ever answered the phone. At 2:30 in the morning I got dressed and went to the front desk and was greeted by somebody who obviously did not care. He informed me that they do not monitor the front desk after a certain hour, and when I asked what if there were a medical emergency or security was needed, he told me God has me??? I said well right now God is not in control of the people next-door to my room who have been banging on the wall and yelling at each other for the past two hours. At this point, I was wide awake. I packed my suitcase and left about 45 minutes later. I would avoid this hotel at all cost. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

    Great location and staff. 3 great resteraunts inside. Grain was my favorite of the 3, but thats because I'm a burger and beer kind of guy. Overnight parking was at a good rate. A good amount of company gatherings took place here weekly. Good ce tral walkable location as well. Few blocks from tourist activities, theater, resteraunts, and shopping.

    We're currently staying here the night before our cruise. The location is ideal since it's just a few hundred feet away from the dock, but we were put in a room directly above the ballroom the night of a dance party. The music was rumbling through the floors and when we spoke to the front desk, they said it would continue on til midnight and that they were at full capacity so they couldn't move us to a new room. That was a lie. I was able to book a room for the hotel both on both the Hilton website and hotels.com for tonight at 11 pm. I understand why the person at the desk didn't want to move us. I don't appreciate them making something up to avoid confrontation. The whole thing was frustrating because we need to be up early tomorrow and their solution was to offer us ear plugs. Won't be staying here again and will absolutely not recommend.
