    I had a great experience here while I was on the go! Great customer service by Reggie the maintenance Manager. Convenient location and the breakfast was surprisingly delicious: waffles, omelette, fresh fruit, and boiled eggs.

    Shout out to Carol that works here and has 5 star customer service. She is friendly, helpful and makes customers feel at home. I also witnessed her offer that same level of quality service via phone to a potential customer.

    This is review is more about the customer service and less about the hotel. Ambritt and Ashia went above and beyond with their customer service skills. They both were very attentive and friendly. Ambritt also served as a concierge as she kindly recommended dinner, shopping, and excursion options. Ashia accommodated my requests with a smile. Each lady represented the brand well!

    We have stayed here over a half dozen times on our way to and from Florida. Great location and I have nothing but praise for the staff and the hot breakfast and location. Unfortunately the rooms are showing their age, especially the bathrooms. The wall covering is peeling. Toilet flush seemed unreliable, but it worked. Biggest issue was when we heard a loud continuous noise above the bed and realized the the fire suppression sprinkler head was visibly shaking above our heads. Stopped in a few minutes. Called front desk and maintenance came in only a few minutes. Reassured us that we were not going to get drenched, that it was air pressure in the pipe and a plumber had been contacted. But he couldn't promise that it wouldn't happen again. It didn't, but we didn't sleep very well. He offered to move us to another room. We really like this hotel, but it needs some maintenance/remodel.

    The major concern was with the bathroom and barely any shampoo and the hot water ran out quick. I know when the grand scheme of things that is not a big deal but I should not have to go up front and ask for conditioner and shampoo.
