I've never stayed at the hotel, but I attended a local anime fest here and had such a great time. The event was really fun, the atmosphere was lively, and everyone was super friendly. I'd definitely go again if they host another one in the future.

Been trying for months to get a refund from this hotel due to a room that was so smelly we couldn't stay and was told they had no other rooms available Location was great for going on a cruise. But had to check out and go to another hotel in the area. Customer Service for this hotel is horrible.

If you want a hotel that LOOKS nice, stay here. If you want a hotel that FEELS nice, please go elsewhere. They try to cover up the physical shortcomings of this hotel with friendly service and a free cookie upon check-in (probably just for the holiday season). The hallways are hot and musty, even on the 5th floor, it smelled like chlorine from the pool. The thermostat in the hallway read 80°. My room was 75° when I got there. I promptly set the thermostat to a normal sleeping temperature of 67°, and was sweating all night because it clearly never reached that temperature. Even though it’s 40° outside. At some point, I must have gently grazed the freely-spinning knob on top of the alarm clock without realizing, cause I got woken up at 6 am by the thing. The plumbing is bad. When using my shower, it makes that horrible squeaking noise that is usually fixed by turning the temperature down a little, but it squeaked the whole time. Also, this was the worst part, I was burnt by hot water multiple times while showering and washing my hands! Whenever someone else turns on their water, the cold water is momentarily shut off, so if in use, the faucet will only supply scalding hot water for about half a second, just enough time to make you scream expletives and fear running water. The shower doors don’t make sense, and only have handles on one side, making it awkward trying to open/close the shower. The floating soap/shampoo bottles require lots of force to operate, and I could see that they have been reattached to the walls multiple times due to them falling off the walls, thanks to the impractical design. If you are a weary traveler and want a room that just works and won’t piss you off, stay elsewhere. All these little problems add up to one crappy experience that will leave you feeling unsatisfied, no matter how many amenities they claim to provide.

Front desk gave attitude on check in. Lacking amenities in room. Room was fine, save the sweltering heat and filthy bathroom. The area - next to an airport so nothing to write home about. Everything is a secret. Their website and Booking listing is as vague as possible withought entering into false advertising territory. If it wasn’t for my two utterly exhausted children and my desire to get off the road, I would have happily taken my money elsewhere. Don’t book if you have any baseline expectations for how a hotel, specifically under the “Hilton” branding should operate. Save your money and get a room at the Motel 6 next door - they may include breakfast and common decency in your stay.

Good as per North American standard and much better than their competitors in the same price range. Fantastic people, very good and quick check out check in. Stayed two times. Very clean and convenient rooms for working. Good restaurant and huge portions(compared to anyone in Canada))). Gym is simple but i dont use it. If you want to kill competition install proper coffee machine for breakfast buffet.Us, Europeans need a tiny shot of espresso in the morning and we dont really drink huge filter coffee. Will stay here again for sure, thank you
