    I’ve stayed at this hotel several times since end-2024, in total for about five weeks. Overall, it’s a decent place, especially for business trips or extended stays. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need, and some even come with a small kitchen. Kitchen utensils can be borrowed for free at the front desk, although availability can be limited when many guests need them. The location is excellent — being right by the beach with a view of the water is definitely a highlight. Cleanliness is an area that could be improved. Housekeeping is not done daily, and on some occasions it didn’t happen even after requesting it. The staff does respond when you point things out, but the consistency just isn’t always there. At times, other guests left the outdoor areas (like the grill spaces) quite messy. Usually, the staff cleaned everything up by the next day, but it can still affect the overall impression. Breakfast is typical Best Western — not great, but not terrible either. Considering the overall price and location, it’s acceptable. The staff, especially at the front desk and in the breakfast area, has always been very friendly and willing to help when needed. I wouldn’t choose this hotel for a full vacation, but for work-related stays or short trips it’s perfectly fine.

    We really enjoyed ourselves. Kristina and Paula were friendly, stayed on top of everything, clean, and a wide selection. We will be back.

    Roach in my room so I called and they moved me. In the room they moved me into there was another roach under my shoe the next morning. When checking out I was not offered any refund, be it full or partial. Was told I need to speak to the manager if I wanted my money back. Otherwise, the woman who helped me get into a different room was very kind and helpful. I asked what they plan to do about the infestation and they did not reply. A few years ago this motel was good for the price, but now it is disgusting unfortunately.

    Cockroaches in the room, no soap in the shower dispenser, room was freezing when I came in, clerk was rude. Spend your money elsewhere
