  I love it here! Everything is beautiful and the staff are great! This is my 3rd time in a few weeks time. The only thing I could say negative is the hallway carpets have duck tape. Lol, hopefully they are updating these hallways soon. The rest of the hotel is great! The pool is a little on the cold side but it still feels great! Burger Therory has pretty good food. The breakfast is okay. There are many hot options. EITHER SIDE of the hotel has a view of Interstate 64. I love that. There is something soothing about watching traffic. There is a little market that you can grab snacks right in the lobby. I love the the elevator takes you right to the pool! I didn't take pictures of the room because the pictures are accurate.

  We had an excellent stay. Room was very nice. Convenient to shopping in case you forgot something.

  Where should I start. I was awakened from a reasonably sound sleep by a loud buzzing noise coming from the bathroom area of room 716. I called the front desk and was informed that the hotel was on auxiliary power due to a "power surge." After some period of time, I called the front desk and was informed that the buzzing would continue, and that unfortunately nothing could be done. When I asked about the cost of the $199 plus taxes and fees room, I was informed by the front desk manager " that's above my pay grade." This room should have been comped immediately, and the front desk manager should have been able to take care of that. To expect any guest to pay for a room where there's a constant loud buzzing going off in the electrical closet, right next to the guests room is absurd. I became aware of this at 2340 hrs, and it's still buzzing steadily at 0016 hrs. Bottom line, the management of this hotel, which should be in the business of assuring the customer's experience is pleasant, failed miserably, and to this point is refusing to adequately compensate this guest for an egregious inconvenience. Post script..... See the second video for our roommate the roach.... My recommendation, find other accomodations.
