The room was very well designed for travelers.
We loved the complementary EV charging destination chargers.

I dont know if I'd recommend this location or will come back for work. The breakfast lady had an attitude and would huff and give looks at every little thing anyone did and would make faces and comments there was no milk for breakfast and half of the pans or ceral offerings were empty. Our 2 rooms were never turned in 3 days even after asking. Our rooms weren't really clean and women's hair items and hair were all over the bathroom. The place needs updates and some attention for sure especially the rusted through faucet. The guy that helped me in the evenings when we would get back was the only reason I gave more than 1 star. He went out of his way and you could tell he really cared about what he was doing. Everything here was very unorganized and didn't seem managed at all.

Convenient location but also very noisy, as we were right by the I-64 freeway. The rooms are clean but not great lighting. Very dim. The halls and lobby smelled heavily of cleaner and had a slight musty smell.

Spacious rooms, great service, friendly staff and delicious breakfast buffet. The pool area was clean and well maintained. Great proximity to nearby attractions. Meka in the breakfast bar was so kind and welcoming. She definitely made our stay special. Will stay here again.

This is a REAL review. I booked this hotel because I always have the best experiences with Holiday Inn Express but this unfortunately changed my perspective. To start, everyone was very nice...I appreciated that. Now, when we checked in we were not offered complimentary bottles of water as a thank you for being Platinum Elite members...okay no big deal. I overlooked it and decided I would just purchase some from the "market", being as though we just came off a full day of travel (flying). I was let down to see that the only thing in the coolers were 2 bottles of diet coke. That's it! Then we get to the room and it looks nothing like the pictures online. The furniture is old and dirty. I was told that their new furniture fell off the ship and they weren't sure when renovations would happen but that doesn't explain why the furniture couldn't be cleaned. The actual room was moderately clean. There was food on the floor from the previous guest. It blew my mind when my 4 year old brought me a piece of candy that he got off the floor. I also noticed pretzels under the couch. The air conditioning unit in the room ran really loud. I cant even describe the noise. The hotel has a strong weird smell (fragrance), almost as if they're trying to mask something. Last but not least, I tried using the "business center" only to be let down because their printers didnt work. I needed a document printed for the following morning and the man at the front desk offered no solutions. I fully expected him to apologize and at least offer to print it on his computer but no. I ended up driving to the Holiday Inn about 5 mins down the street and using their business center. I also ended my reservation 2 days early with this location and booked a room at the Holiday Inn 5 mins away. I'm just so disappointed.
I'll add pictures when I figure out how.
