  This is a REAL review. I booked this hotel because I always have the best experiences with Holiday Inn Express but this unfortunately changed my perspective. To start, everyone was very nice...I appreciated that. Now, when we checked in we were not offered complimentary bottles of water as a thank you for being Platinum Elite members...okay no big deal. I overlooked it and decided I would just purchase some from the "market", being as though we just came off a full day of travel (flying). I was let down to see that the only thing in the coolers were 2 bottles of diet coke. That's it! Then we get to the room and it looks nothing like the pictures online. The furniture is old and dirty. I was told that their new furniture fell off the ship and they weren't sure when renovations would happen but that doesn't explain why the furniture couldn't be cleaned. The actual room was moderately clean. There was food on the floor from the previous guest. It blew my mind when my 4 year old brought me a piece of candy that he got off the floor. I also noticed pretzels under the couch. The air conditioning unit in the room ran really loud. I cant even describe the noise. The hotel has a strong weird smell (fragrance), almost as if they're trying to mask something. Last but not least, I tried using the "business center" only to be let down because their printers didnt work. I needed a document printed for the following morning and the man at the front desk offered no solutions. I fully expected him to apologize and at least offer to print it on his computer but no. I ended up driving to the Holiday Inn about 5 mins down the street and using their business center. I also ended my reservation 2 days early with this location and booked a room at the Holiday Inn 5 mins away. I'm just so disappointed. I'll add pictures when I figure out how.

  The staff here have been SO friendly and so supportive during what was supposed to be a 2-night stay. Due to a blizzard back home, my flight was rebooked, then cancelled, then rebooked. They have been so nice about extending my stay and keeping me in the same room. Then my cell phone froze - the staff helped me get in touch with the family I’m visiting and also tried to help me fix the phone. Thanks to the lobby computer, I was able to solve the phone problem. The hotel is not a fancy hotel, but I don’t need that. I do so very much appreciate having support when I have a problem- and this hotel has really delivered in that way!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

  Very pleased with the hotel overall. Super convenient location, really good hot breakfast, and excellent customer service. My only complaint is that the rooms may not have been properly cleaned, as I found a piece of paper and a plastic knife on the floor by my bed. No big deal for me, but it makes me wonder how the custodial staff missed it 🤔.

  The room was very clean and was big enough for a party of 6 easy. The service was just as amazing. The breakfast wasn't as well as the rest but we definitely recommend staying there and we will be back.
