The bathroom toilet was clogged and they want us to unclog it ourselves. The room I was supposed to have was changed due to them closing off the third floor. Last I had a 50 dollar gift card and I gave the the front desk person to put towards my stay. The girl didn’t know how to use it. She was like I have to get the owner to do the following and then apply the credit later. When I went to check out they still did not apply my credit even though they used the gift card. I finally got my receipt with the credit applied and that the difference would be credit back to my card. Nope that did not happen. This was the 13th. I called several times and even emailed the hotel. I still have not heard back from them regarding my credit. I keep getting the run around. Later, What I got was a email from them where they removed my gift card credit off my receipt on the 21st. I did confirm that they took the money off the gift card with another hotel and even with customer service. However they still refuse to give me back my 50 dollars. Now I have to deal with my credit card company which they stated it can take several weeks due to the hotel has to respond to the request. What a freaking joke this has been. Maybe when they start losing business due to this review will I get my money back.

You dont even compensate your customers for their inconvenience or the filth they had to stay in. And if there are bed bugs so help me. For $ spent and the reviews that were available to read prior to booking. It better be good. You already advertised as spa hot tub and that's a lie!!
