  Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was very clean, service was great. Coffee available all day! The pool and exercise room were well maintained. Breakfast was included (unlike Holiday Inn nearby) and had a good variety of foods available.

  We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean and well organized, which made us feel comfortable right away. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their attention to detail and professionalism truly stood out. Overall, our experience was perfect, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

  I walked in had to use the restroom when a lady at the desk was extremely rude and said can I help you I said yes where is your restroom she said are you a customer I said my work will be making the reservation then she said very rudely you can't park that truck here I said fine I'll just go somewhere else. Went down the road to the Hampton walked in said where is your restroom she said down the hall and to your right. A night and day difference. So I stayed at the Hampton and had an excellent experience. I recommend not staying here it's worth the drive 5 minutes down the road to a real Hotel where the staff are trained properly on how to treat other people.

  I recently booked a room at this Holiday Inn using my IHG Friends & Family employee discount for a close friend. Unfortunately, when my friend arrived, the front desk refused to honor the booking, stating they couldn’t release the room despite the valid reservation and confirmation. The experience was frustrating and embarrassing—especially considering this program is meant to reflect the trust and reliability of the IHG brand. What’s worse, the front desk offered no clear explanation or assistance to resolve the situation, leaving my friend stranded late in the night. I’ve always respected IHG for its professionalism and consistency, but this location fell short of that standard. I sincerely hope management reviews staff training and ensures proper handling of employee discount bookings in the future. A little courtesy and communication can go a long way toward maintaining guest trust.
