Very nice hotel…friendly staff.
Clean and spacious rooms but definitely best suited for short stays.
Very convenient and close to Farm Brew Live, Hylton Performing Arts Center, and Old Town Manassas.
Unprofessional front desk help. Given the run around on why I was charged twice and waiting on a refund still.
I’ve left messages and called the number given. Still no response nor resolution.
Exceptional service and amenities for the price. Good, simple breakfast and cheerful staff in a quiet, clean location. Dry erase boards in the elevator lobby showcased local finds for food, entertainment, education, and exercise.
Breakfast had robust lavazzo coffee, gluten free Udis bagels and a yogurt dispenser with toppings to include dried fruit and nuts or mini m&ms.
Shuffleboard table in the lobby, good wifi, parking lot was plowed immediately following the snow, and brainy kid games plus Ticket to Ride are hanging out with all pieces. The front desk 24/7 mini market is well stocked with great finds like Amy's pad Thai microwave meals, bottles of wine, Dots Pretzels, and snickers ice cream bars. Great views from every picture window in each room and at each elevator landing. Gym included climbing/hanging ropes.

Positives: Courteous staff, free breakfast, nice room, good television.
Negatives: Only one hot item served for breakfast
Worst hotel experience I've ever had in my life. I was charged $650 for breaking a TV and thermostat. There is no possible way I did any damages. I called the front desk several times to inquire about the charges. The front desk could not explain the charges, they had no pictures or proof of damages. The manager would never return my phone call. I filled a charge back on my credit card but they disputed just stating the same but refused to provide any proof of a broken tv or thermostat.
Due to this experience I will never stay at a Hilton brand again.
