- MWMike Winn5 days ago1.0Worst hotel experience I've ever had in my life. I was charged $650 for breaking a TV and thermostat. There is no possible way I did any damages. I called the front desk several times to inquire about the charges. The front desk could not explain the charges, they had no pictures or proof of damages. The manager would never return my phone call. I filled a charge back on my credit card but they disputed just stating the same but refused to provide any proof of a broken tv or thermostat. Due to this experience I will never stay at a Hilton brand again.

This could have been a very negative experience, but Layla at the front desk was amazing and quickly worked to address the issue. She first came to my room to try and fix the heat with the help of the maintenance staff. When that didn't work, she found me another room to stay in. She then called back to check in with me more than once to make sure everything was okay. In addition, everyone else on the staff that I interacted with was very friendly and responsive.
